I don’t know why it’s so hard to find the right brush but this is what I was looking for. Shadow goes on smooth and doesn’t dust all over.

Soft bristles
The bristles are soft and the shape is great for eye shadow

Nice Soft Brush
I was looking for a brush that would grab the eyeshadow and distribute it over my eyelid. The bristles on this brush are a bit too soft to do what I was hoping, but it would probably be a good one for blending after the eyeshadow was applied.

This is a great, high quality eyeshadow brush at a super bargain price. This really is a great value, and this brush has the same features as much more expensive ones. The brush has natural bristles, and they are soft and smooth, yet stiff enough to apply any form or eyeshadow. The bristles are angled to make application even easier. The brush's ferrule is copper, which lasts far longer than the aluminum ferrules you see in cheapo brushes that just aren't durable. Bristles are held in by a double crimp... very secure. Shockingly, the handle to this brush is real wood, and well finished. It's surprising since other brushes in this price range generally feature plastic handles. A super value in a high-end eyeshadow brush.

Nifty smaller brush
I like this Angled Eyeshadow Brush . I hadn't expected it to be quite so small. However, once I received it, I realized that it is angled to precisely fit where you want it, and do any detailed delicate work. I found out when I used it to gently blend out the liner under my eyes to obtain a smoky eye. This brush was able to fit under my lashline and blend the liner out precisely. The bristles are stiff enough so that I can blend liner and shadow right at my lashline without irritating my eye. But the brush is is voluminous enough that it can soften and sheer out shadow in the crease of the eye, too. Highly recommended.
