Soft & comfy
I ordered these pants because my regular scrub pants were starting to get really uncomfortable every time I sat down - even with the drawstring completely untied! I like these pants a lot. The fabric is really soft and the color holds up to multiple washings. There are only two reasons why I didn't give them 5 stars. First, there is no option to get them in a petite size, so if you are 5'4" (like me) or shorter, you are going to have to get them hemmed or be tripping over them. It seems such a waste to pay to have them hemmed when I'm only gonna be wearing them for a few months, but I also don't want to trip and fall on my face! The second thing is that the stretchy cloth that covers your belly and holds up the pants is a little loose and slides down over time. Not horrible, but slightly annoying because, after walking around for a while, you have to stop and pull your pants up. I considered sending them back for a smaller size, due to this issue, but they fit really nicely otherwise, and I'd rather have them a bit loose than too tight. Maybe as my belly gets really huge (I'm seven months pregnant right now), this will no longer be an issue, but I don't know yet. LIke I said, a couple of minor issues, but otherwise a really good product!

Better than the alternative.
I purchased a pair of these in medium at the end of my first trimester. When they arrived, I was *appalled* at how big they were. They fit in the belly, but were cut extremely wide in the hips and thighs. I couldn't believe the sizing disparity, and returned them.Well, fast forward to 28 weeks, and they fit perfectly. I guess I was in denial about how much bigger I'd get.For reference, I am 5'4, weighed 145ish pre-pregnancy and 170ish now, at the beginning of my third trimester. I wore small tops and medium bottoms in Grey's Anatomy and Koi prior to pregnancy. I have sized up several times over the course of my pregnancy, and am now firmly stuck in maternity scrubs. (I was able to wear "yoga-style" stretchy scrubs in Large from Smitten from 14 to 26 weeks).I'm giving these pants 3 stars because the fabric is extremely rough, and didn't soften up until after several washes. I developed a rash where the sleeves hit my arms, where the neckline hit my neck, and in my inner thighs- anywhere where the fabric rubbed, even the slightest amount. That seems to have resolved itself after 3-4 washes, but it was very uncomfortable for a while. The legs are cut quite wide, they do bag a bit at my ankles...and they're not cute by any means. But they are available in more colors than Dickies, and they fit, so I'll take them.

Not bad. Underrated. Buy smaller.
So there are a lot of crappy reviews for these, but they were fine to me. They are big, so keep that in mind. I wish I would have gone a size smaller, but didn’t mind that they were baggy. I guess it was a pain in the butt to have to pull them up a lot. I bought large and am 5’8” and was 210lbs. I wore them from 16 weeks-27weeks because I was out on bed rest. So maybe they would have fit better as I grew. But I’ll never know. Buy them. They’re cheap.

Sizing is tough
Ordered Small based on reviews. So I’m 5’7, pre pregnancy 135 lbs. now 147 lbs at 23 Weeks Pregnant. Baby #1. My legs are a little larger than the rest of my body, kinda pear shaped. The length was perfect with shoes which I was concerned about since most scrubs are flood pants. The belly is stretchy but not like motherhood maternity pants stretchy. It’s thick too, not thin like spanx. Pretty sure I could have gotten away with a Medium?? But I’ll probably have to order that in the future weeks. According to reviews you swim in the mediums so I didn’t order them. The fit is very flattering, so is the color. I usually wear Heart & Soul brand scrubs but these will be a good maternity swap.

Size down!
I normally wear an XL in normal Cherokee and other brand scrub pants so that’s what I first ordered. They were huge! Returned and sized down. The large is fitted and feels a little tighter than I like but at least they aren’t falling off of me. Just for reference usually wear size 16 pants, 5’5”, 215-220lbs, and right now 28 weeks pregnant. Also, they do not have any stretch to them in the hips/thighs and my regular scrub pants are softer and more comfortable if it wasn’t for the wait getting tighter with my baby bump. Maternity scrub pants are so hard to find but these will get the job done.

Comfortable only for a while....
I bought these pants around when I was 20 weeks pregnant. So much better than trying to squeeze into my old pre-pregnancy scrub pants! However something happened. As my burgeoning belly got bigger, these got seriously uncomfortable. I placed them under my belly, and it was even worse when I would sit down. I'd pull them up over my belly and the pressure from the elastic was unbearable. I wish they would make the elastic band for the belly portion like maternity leggings where it is very thin and stretchy. The band on these pants are too thick and can only stretch so much before you realize there isn't that much give once you hit your third trimester and your belly really takes off in growing. My job requires a lot of sitting and leaning forward when examining patients and working and the pressure on my abdomen (with the pants pulled up above or below belly) was horrible. In addition, the baby would move like crazy due to the pressure pressing up on me. I would buy these late in first trimester and second trimester but toss it to the side when you feel too much pressure on your belly.

Will do for now, but would not buy again
I am 5’4, 150-ish lbs, 5 months pregnant.I wear a size small pre-pregnancy, 128lbs.These fit big, are too long, and the fabric attracts a lot of lint. A size medium would be clearly way too big. Not sure if a smaller size would work though due to the cut/pattern. Found myself pulling these up over my belly a lot at work and I have a big belly for the month I am in. Also, the amount of pockets is disappointing. Overall, product is okay for the price. It did not leave any marks on my belly and was not itchy.
