Yummy and works well in most baking applications
This flour is an awesome replacement for all purpose flour for people that don't want all the carbs associated with all purpose flour and it tastes really good it does however take more leavening agent than all purpose flour does but it works very very well I'm very impressed with this I would suggest this to anyone that is following the keto diet or that has diabetes

Great super low carb, keto flour
Good flavor. I could not tell the difference from regular flour in my baked goods. Made cookies for someone diabetic and they love them. Really super low carb, keto flour.

Amazing taste!
Newly diagnosed diabetic so all white flour products are off limits. This made life a little more tolerable! Makes fabulous mug muffins!

Bitter needs addititional coconut flour then it does good
Does leave a very bitter taste you have to add coconut flour to break up this bitterness

Best Low Carb, Gluten-Free and Protein Packed Flour I Have Found, That I actually LIKE and USE
Absolutely love this Gluten Free, Protein packed flour from Kaizen. I actually love ALL the Kaizen products I have tried. This includes, the Kaizen Pasta (Several shapes), Kaizen Rice (Several flavors) and now the flour. This is a high quality product made with clean ingredients by a family owned company that created these products for themselves first, because they couldn't find a Gluten Free Low Carb pasta that was healthy and tasted good too! I think they hit it out of the park and I am a customer for life!

Don't use for pizza dough
We went through an entire bag making pizza dough with various recipes, some using yeast and some using self-rising flour+Greek yogurt. None of the dough came out properly. After meeting baked, it was consistently grainy and crumbled apart did not hold structure. Also, it has a flavor that overwhelmed everything else on the pizzas we made.

Gluten free, high protein and easy on the glucose!
So far so good. I've been using it in recipes that call for almond flour and will substitute it with this one. I've made some delicious glutten free, protein loaded waffles with it. My glucose stays stable with no spikes.
