Great build quality, very easy to set up and well werth the money.
I know this is a rather lengthy review, but I wanted to hit all the good points, and bad points, so you can make an informed dessision.I purchased this antenna to replace the one I was using on this TV before, so I could put the other one in the bedroom. The other antenna was threw a different company, and was half the price. I must say this one is built a lot more sturdy. What impressed me right away when I took it out of the box is the fact that it is higher quality material, and not just some very thin flimsy cheap feeling piece of plastic. The fact the co-ax cable is not only replaceable, but is thicker, and of higher quality.Installing the antenna was extremely simple. I am totally blind, and this means I couldn't read the instructions, but I didn't need too. I was able to put it together completely in the dark! No pun intended. I can tell you that it is best to run the co-ax cable threw the stand and hook it to the antenna before you put the stand in place.Lets talk channels. I only get four more channels with this one than I did the other one, but this one having a stand means I could just put it on a table, or intertainment center, and not trying to duck tape it to the wall, and having it fall down all the time. I will say that the channels don't seem to buffer, and skip as much as they do with the other antenna I was using. For those people that say the power boosters the antennas come with is a joke really hasn't used one before. With out the power booster, I can only get 9 channels, but with the power booster, I get 21 channels. According to my TV All of the channels say the signal quality is good. I did have someone look at the picture for me, and they said other than a very little pixolation when there is a lot of action, it is really good.I only have two complaints about this antenna1. in the discription, the company says that direction doesn't matter with this antenna, and I will tell you it most certainly does. I tried placing the antenna in multiple locations, including a window, and no matter what I did there were five channels I just couldn't seem to get until I put it on my stereo speaker, and even then I had to angle it into the corner to get those five channels. Here is what is funny about this. the corner that the antenna is facing is not near a window, and infact one wall has a closet, while the other one has a small storage room.2. I don't like the fact that the power cable for the power booster isn't replaceable. You would think that for the price, you would get a replaceable USB cable for the power booster. With the antenna that was half the cost you do, but it's co-ax cable is not replaceable, and not only that it is a much thinner and cheaper one.Overall, it is a good antenna, and well werth the cost. Is it drasticly better than say a 30 dollar antenna? I would have to say yes. While I get four more channels, the quality on all of the channels is better with this antenna, but what makes it even better is much better build quality, the fact it comes with a stand, so you don't have to put it on a wall, and the fact the co-ax cable is replaceable.

Good antenna that looks great on top of the entertainment center.
A bit too unstable when sitting on my entertainment stand. If placed in a high traffic area or low countertop it would easily be moved or could tip over. Good picture for an indoor antenna and it definitely beat the pants off of my old rabbit ears style with an amp.

Good reception
I live in Summit Hill, PA in Carbon County, wanted to give the location since purchasing an antenna is pretty location specific as to what works. I presently use this in combination with my directv service, directv sent me a local channel connector which included the wynegard leaf amplified antenna, I couldn't use the leaf properly even though it did pick up the signals just as well in the same location, wall mount with the leaf gave me bad signals, I needed to pull it forward to my bookshelf to get it in the same area and did not want to tape it so it would keep falling down. This mohu curved 50 was an answer to that as it has an stand and the antenna is more solid so it won't flop over. I actually receive all my major networks, WNEP, CBS, ABC, FOX, CW and PBS plus all of the subchannels, I never got any subchannels with directv so this is actually working about better than getting the locals through directv. I don't have any problems with them going out at all, the lowest signal I have is the WOLF, the fox affiliate which gets about 60% signal, the rest are in the 80's-100 signal, but even fox at 60% never loses it's signal to the point I can't watch it. This works for my area, so for me it's a solid investment.

Waste of Money
Waste of money. Prior to purchase I checked to see the distance of the transmitter towers so I would make sure to buy the right antenna. Followed installation instructions. It has a clear shot of the sky where it should be pointed. Worked for NBC for two weeks. Of course worked for QVC I am near a major market city. Does not work for closer towers. It works pretty well if I’m standing right next to it. Must be my magnetic personality

Additonal Range does not help add channels
I already had a MOHU curve antenna with a range of ~ 40 miles. I was unable to get a signal from one major network no matter where I placed or turned the antenna. I ordered this one with a longer range hoping it would get me the third major network. It did not.Compared to the other Mohu I own and am happy with, this antenna was disappointing. Everything about it seemed very cheap and low-end. The weight of the cord kept pulling it over -- not very stable. Maybe that's why it's discontinued. It worked ok, but no better than the cheaper MOHU I originally bought.

Works WAY better than any indoor antenna I have used !
This was recommended by "the antenna guy" on youtube, and he was right. Do NOT buy one of the $20. flat wall antennae and think "it is the same thing". I owned several of those over time, and none worked very well. This Mohu Curve is super ! Plus it is not very big, so it was easy to find a place for it. Don't put it on top of your TV or right next to it, interference may be a problem. I have it about 10 feet from my TV, and it works perfectly.

Canales
No me gustó que una vez programada la televisión hay mucha interferencia y se cortan mucho los canales encontrados .

Worked in the basement.
This model came highly recommened by a site I trust. I was not dissappointed. I got the extra range because I expected trouble with over-the-air reception in my basement. I lodged the large square receiver on a beam so that it was effectively about six inches above the outside ground-level. It worked even better than the lower end by the same manufacturer I had upstairs. I appear to be pulling in one more channel with good quality. All with just six inches above ground level, from inside a thick stone wall. Very impressed so far.

Cancel your cable now and buy this!
I live in metro Vancouver in an old ground level apartment and I managed to receive 17 channels on HD. Including the five major local (Ctv,city, Global, cbc, French cbc, check). I expected more considering it's a 50 mile range, but I believe it's just what i have available in my region since I do get a couple Washington State channels. Great product to accompany my 4k TV and worth cancelling cable. I gave it a 4 because I do have moments it loses reception. But it's minor.

Well.. it's super easy to setup
The order was received 2 days early. The setup took basically a minute. And it looks pretty (a little bigger than I suspected it might be). Unfortunately, once the channel scan completed, I found that only 1 of the 5 discovered stations was watchable as the other 4 stations were too pixelated for me to understand what I was watching. Anyways, having the antenna around only to pick up a single watchable station wasn't worth it for me in the end, so I returned it. But that's a result of my location and not a knock against the product. Hope you have better luck than I did.
