The battery doesn't last too long, I usually end up using both whenever I use it. But it does work very well. I have only used it a couple of times this summer, but it's great not having to worry about a power cable, or the strimmer cable snapping. Really powerful. Not as noisy as most strimmers, and quite light.

Does exactly as described only issue I have is the plastic cutting blades disintegrate if they catch the edge of paving so need to be careful when cutting edges otherwise constantly changing blades

absolutly love this strimmer, the metal blades are fantastic, brilliant for any kind of trimming or edging work, even thoses low lying privet branches which can be a pain to get to with a trditional hedge cutter are no match for this little beauty. The adjustable head and adjustable length is great for getting into difficult to reach areas in ciorners etc. I'm not sure why it comes with 2 battereies though, I charged one up when i first got it almost a moth ago now I've used it multiple times 10 -15 minutes each time and there are no signs of the battery needing a recharge. Absolute steal for the price

Assembling the strimmer is best done by watching the video as the instructions are rather confusing and in very small type. In operation it does a good job and the battery life is excellent. However, the description is no very accurate. The motor is described as 500 watts which seemed amazingly high. With a 24 volt battery this would imply a current of 500/24 which is approx. 40 amps! If this is correct then the battery at 2 amp. hours (therefore 24 x 2 = 48 watts) would last only a couple of minutes. I think it more likely that the motor is 500mW or half a watt which would give a more realistic figure.A second concern is over the method of attachment of the blades. There are lugs on the disk they fit onto that locate in holes in the blade. A single nut then secures the blade to the disk. Any shock caused by the blade hitting any obstruction would cause wear and eventual failure of these small locating lugs and I suspect that this disk will be the first thing to fail - I just hope it lasts a reasonable time and that the supplier can provide replacements. Maybe they should include a spare in the kit rather than the poor quality safety glasses, gloves and the folding saw.My concern is how long this strimmer will last but while it is still working it does do an excellent job!

Product is great when it comes to attachments and 2 batter pack however the major safety feature flaw what I found was once you stop pressing the trigger to activate the blade doesn't stop instantly and spins around until it completely stops. I've used the product briefly for 10 minutes, but for this safety reason I will not be using it again. shame I didn't test it first before using it, then I would have been able to box it up and send it back for a full refund.

Had zero problems with this so far. Bought initially for the circular saw blades, as the weeds in my garden had got a bit ovverun with thick stems. Went through them with so much ease! Other tools have been great in tidying up bits here and there. Battery life is superb on a full charge, the garden's quite big and did all I needed too and still had juice left. Very good bit of kit!

Charged both batteries on receipt, took a good two hours each as in instructions. Struggled to get the gard on, it was very tight, and used the video for help to assemble. As other reviewers have commentators, the written instructions were pretty useless. Cut grass with the plastic blade, no problem, and it did not break . Slightly worried about using the metal blades which look dangerous, and a relative wondered if this sort of equipment should be sold to the general public/how many accidents have occured with it! I bought it to attack a relatives very overgrown, brambled garden-haven't been to do it yet but will start with the plastic blades and see how they hold up.very pleased with the speed on the grass, was fed up with the cordless line strimmer it is replacing, spent ages just banging it to release more line.
