Not as good as the original Skip-It, but decent
The media could not be loaded. My daughter had one of the cheap versions of these, the kind with the light up spikey ball one the end of flexible tubing attached to a ring. The ring was too big and it kept flying off her foot. Seeing how much she was loving it, I hit the internet hoping to find an original Skip-It, or a pretty close knock-off. Well, I wasn't paying $150 on ebay for one so chose this. It's nowhere near as good as the original, which seemed a lot easier to use (and had a counter!). This one has a more appropriate-sized ring for her foot, so it stays on. It's also padded, which is a huge plus and actually a feature even the original didn't have (we 90s kids didn't need padding 😉). It is shorter than the original and lights up. My only concern is that is has a bungee type cord running through it that makes it possible for it to collapse. I'd bet that will be It's downfall either due to snapping or dry-rotting, so I'd probably store this toy in the garage or better yet, indoors if possible. Overall, she's pretty happy with it and I got to show her that at almost 40, I can out skip her little self 🤣

Granddaughter loves
She has so much fun with this. Just wear tennis shoes because the attachment is a little hard if it hits the feet.

These are ok.
Got 2 of these for my girls. They work fine. A bit flimsy but that’s expected. They love them though

Very entertaining
I gave this to my 5 year old niece for Christmas. It took her a few tries to get the hang of it but she loved it. In fact, all the other kids and adults tried it out too. It would be entertaining for older kids as well. The ring you put your foot through is a little small so the adults had to take their shoes off to fit their foot in but it’s the perfect size for kids.

Not sturdy
Definitely wouldn't purchase again. It comes undone alot cause it's held together with a rope and plastic coating. The lights are cute but definitely not worth it. Not like the 90s skipit. It's hard to use even being light weight. The part that goes on your ankle is big even for me as an adult.
