Great product, but why are you delivering at the wrong time. I am a Prime member and I have chosen the available time. Why 90% of the deliveries are delivered while I was not available.

Very light resistance
Very Light resistance like after 30 - 40 reps you may feel muscle contraction, could made little bit heavy resistance or some adjustments

Overall a good product, deducting one star as it is overpriced. you can refer to the image for the size, and the tension is very light. Useful for light exercises. Looks durable.
