I liked it so much even my neighbors were asking me to buy two more for their homes which I did. Everyone says it's a good sturdy mailbox with a high security key that even I can't pick and I've done professional locksmithing.

Sturdy, easy to instal, fits a bunch of mail! 10/10 recommend.

Good size! Easy to install. We are a tire and automotive shop so it works great outside the front doors for customers to drop the keys in after hours. Our previous one we’d had for nearly 30 years and the bottom of it was sort of welded together. Someone decided to punch in the bottom of the old drop box and attempt to steal a set of keys out of it one weekend, which they were unsuccessful. This box we ordered is completely secure and we are very happy with it.

Sturdy heavy duty steel mailbox. Exterior paint/coating well done and even. Well made. Easy instructions for mounting and comes with a concrete drill bit if you are mounting on brick. Easy lock operation and three keys provided. Only recommendation would be to have larger rubber bumpers that go between mailbox and house to allow air flow and small debris to pass thru and not get caught between the back of the box and house.

This is just what I wanted. Not easy to install. The grommets were mostly impossible to push into the holes for them. The handle for the mail carrier had the tiniest screws and were hard to get to. I like the lock, which is pick proof. The box is very heavy, which is good for security, but difficult to mount. I put a table against the wall and piled books until I got it in the right place. Also, the masonry bit was too small to make holes to accommodate the anchors. The anchors are ridiculously large. I had to redrill the holes with a larger bit after piloting the holes with the bit provided. Other than that, it is a wonderful mailbox!

I like it and it is pretty…. But the slot needs to be bigger.I am hanging a bag under it so the mailman can place thick envelopes in it.

We have ordered several of these over the last 5 years and all of our admin staff now have these for use outside the office. Perfect solution for privacy and bulk materials.

All my magazines and news flyers would be torn when my mail person put them into my old mailbox. This one looks great and I love the royal blue. No more crushed and torn mags!

We purchased the mailboss about 2.5 years ago after our old, very expensive mailbox door was literally ripped off our storefront wall by a vandal. Our shop is on a very busy street and the attempts to get at our mail has increased dramatically the past couple of years. I’ve seen ppl on our security cam try to pry it open with all sorts of tools and I’ve even seen someone literally hang off of it in an attempt to use their weight to pry open the door to no avail. lol. Just recently I couldn’t get the key to turn the lock and I called customer service and firstly, someone answered the phone and calmly gave me some initial suggestions on how to open it and when that didn’t work they patiently explained how to drill it out for replacement. It is one heck of lock so it took some time to get it open and I called Mailboss 4 times just to make sure I was doing it correctly and every person I spoke to was knowledgeable and patiently courteous. How rare is that these days?!! I was able to get the lock open after following their advice and inside I found a long and very sturdy steel bar that the last vandal had given up after trying to use it to open the mailboss and while he managed to damage the lock he wasn’t able to get it open. lol. (On an aside, we have nothing really valuable in our mail so I’m not sure what this guy was looking for but it’s still pretty satisfying to see that he was thwarted yet again even it did sacrifice the lock). I ordered a replacement lock which was reasonably priced (yay!). The mailboss itself still looks brand new. No rust and I think would possibly survive Armageddon. This is a superior product backed by personable and knowledgeable customer service . Get immediately. :).

This thing is incredibly sturdy and looks quite cute. It’s a great solution for secure pre-document-disposal storage in a tiny WFH office.

I couldn’t be happier with this purchase, industrial grade construction, very good locks. The mailbox came with all the screws, washers and drill bits required to install....could be used as a wall safe too, which. High recommended.
