It’s good
Easy to use. Suction is good for now.

Remember to use the Lock on the suction cup
I played around and found the place I wanted. Cleaned the dash. Pulled off the plastic protector from the suction cup. Tried to stick the holder on. After a few minutes it would fall off. Reread the instructions and saw the part about the "lock". Did that and it works GREAT.

Fell off of the dashboard and left a big mark...
Initially I gave it a good review. A week or two after the review and as the weather got warmer, the holder fell off from the dashboard. I had installed it properly and it worked fine up to the moment when the weather got warmer and the sun heated up the dashboard. But, that's not the biggest problem, the biggest problem is that it left a big round mark on the leather dashboard of a leased BMW, that won't go away. There is nothing in the instruction warning you about installation on a leather dashboard. A BIG failure on the manufacture's side. Really disappointed.

Great while it lasted
This item worked pretty well for about 3 months and then it started to fall apart. It stopped sticking. The part that holds the phone seemed to have wore out because my phone kept drooping downward.

Sits secure
This sits snug and secure on the dash right above the ac vent. It's been installed for about a month or two and still going strong despite the Arizona heat!! The arm is adjustable which is very convenient since my husband is tall and I am not! So, when he drives (most of the time :) he can pull his phone closer.We actually got this one to replace one that clamped to the ac vent which broke, both the clamp and one of the ac vent flaps.

So sturdy, really impressed
I’m so impressed with this. Such a great price and it’s so sturdy compared to others I’ve had. So easy to assemble and there’s two options, one to stick to your screen or one clip for your air vent. After having several that have broke to being poor quality, this one feels great and doesn’t fall off whilst I’m driving.
