the product is fabulous but take into account item quite heavy and available room in car boot size ideal if you have car avaible to use ramps to load, superb item excellant quality, worth the money but unfortunately wasn`t applicable to me personally, much to my disapointment. Take all aspects into consideration if you wish to purchase , highly recomended , but sadly I couldn`t managed myself but theres no doubt about the wheelchair itself, just me.

This is an amazing bit of kit, I don't like the look of mobility scooters or electric wheelchairs and this machine has rewriten the rules, it's something that Picard would use on the enterprise! I don't normally like technology but this is a game changer, it folds up at a touch of a button or you can open the app on your phone, turn the power on then unfold and even drive it around using your phone! And this machine is more than capable of being used on rough ground, grass and sand! Goodbye old wheelchair and goodbye mobility scooter I have a new toy now! 😁So I've been using this machine for a while now and would like to add a few suggestions to the manufacturer : it would be very handy to be able to turn the machine ON using the phone app, I could then send the machine of to the corner of the room once I'm on the sofa and then when I need it again use the phone app to drive it back to me, but once you turn it off with the app you have to get up and walk over to it and turn it on manually!! we can all turn our televisions on or off with our remote controls so why not with this chair! And the other suggestion is :it would be very handy if the seat could turn 90 degrees to make it easier to get on and off the machine, a simple swivel device under the seat would not be very expensive but very valuable to the customer. Please pass on my suggestions to the R&D department.Also a message to David, I managed to find the app in the play store, type in"rebooter "and you should see the app listed as Rebooter bangbang robotic chair, hope that helps sorry that should of said" robooter and not rebooter".

Item delivered damaged would not recommend it

This is just brilliant, truly.Customer service has been outstanding, and delivery very fast.The Robooter app is easy to find on Google Play, and it's all self-explanatory and completely straightforward.I really like the seat, it's so comfortable and supportive - very different from the mobility scooter I've been using.The special front wheels are pretty amazing too, they actually do go sideways so you can turn in a very restricted space.The automatic brake is another excellent feature, such a sensible idea.You can turn the lights on or off in the app, and Novice mode is an excellent idea.There's even a YouTube video showing how to unbox the wheelchair and get started...Also, it looks good!I am still practising driving it around the house, and the little joystick/rocker is nice and precise, and the speed control is just right. I have driven others where this wasn't the case, so we're off to a really good start.Very pleased indeed with this purchase!

The wheelchair itself does not match competitors, and I was not happy with the quality of the product. The wheelchair had a broken seatbelt on arrival.However, the Amazon third party seller was amazing in trying to resolve the problem to my satisfaction and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

Just what my son needs

I agree with the first reviewer, although I'd like to know where one can find the app! My employer purchased this for me to use, and it has been superb so far.
