Great Quality
I started this supplement to help with conception in combination with CoQ10 and their prenatal. There is really no smell to them which is huge considering some other supplements have a very strong odor. The capsules are a good size that are easy to swallow. I take 2 capsules at night before bed and do not notice any side effects. I love how Needed is committed to using high quality ingredients that are at the optimal dosage. The price reflects the quality which is very important to me. Would recommend to anyone trying to have a baby.

These don’t have a taste to them. They’re pretty easy to swallow. I don’t know if they helped a lot or not though just yet

Took for egg quality support
I only took these for a month. I'm not sure if it helped or not. All these vitamins say that they can help support egg quality but if you don't take it for at least three months it's really a waste of time. I think it's expensive.

Love this product!
This is a great product! It is easy to swallow and doesn’t have a taste or smell. I take 2 every morning before I eat breakfast and don’t seem have any side effects. I highly recommend this product to promote egg quality!

Not good for anyone with Thyroid issues
This is a great supplement for egg quality, BUT, if you’re like me and have thyroid issues (hypothyroidism over here!) and Hashimoto’s, this supplement will not help you because it contains L-Carnitine which can mess with your thyroid levels…which as we all know, any women with thyroid issues already have a difficult time conceiving so this will not help at all.People without thyroid diseases and/or Hashimoto’s Disease: this supplement will definitely show a difference in your higher quality eggs.Baby dust to all!!
