Very sharp and durable with a comfortable grip. Also easy to clean and lightweight. Well worth the money. I'm a butcher and this knife passes the test.

I am very pleased with this knife. My specific need was for a fish boning knife and I believe this will be perfect. I read reviews for this and other knives. The most helpful were reviews from hunters and butchers. This was the deciding factor for my purchase of this knife. I am an experienced cook, and I appreciate items in my kitchen that help make the 'work' easier. This knife, in addition to being wicked sharp, is stunning in both design and presentation.

Great knives! Blade stays sharp and the non slip handle is fantastic for grip. We do BBQ cook offs and the grease from slicing the meats can pose a concern for holding your knives safely, but this series of the knives is perfect.

Love this knife, still very sharp after several uses. Great no slip handle. Only a 4 star because the handle is a bit bulky. Going to try the Valhalla line next.

I work as a butcher and needed something comfortable and good quality. After seeing the Dalstrong night shark series knives i thought they looked like a solid contender. With the money back guarantee it was hard to say no. First off the packaging it comes in is like a display case and it comes with a collectors pin and info booklets. The knife itself comes in a protective sheath. I can’t speak highly enough about the over all for and finish of the whole knife from the razor sharp edge to the feel of the handle with the deep finger groove and the spot on the top of the handle for your thumb for extra support. The knife feels balanced in the hand and not to blade or handle heavy. Absolutely amazing and already have bought more. Customer service is also amazing if you ever have any questions or concerns.
