Honestly I was skeptical. It works for me. It makes the aches and pain subside. I did reapply after a few hours the first couple of days. Then twice a day and now it’s as needed. It does have a slight menthol fragrance but not overpowering. I like the smell. I’ll keep using it. Anything to keep this 70 yro body going without drugs.

Tend to use it before sleep to easy lower back pain.But other places as needed too.

I tried this two nights in a row and it just does not work. I had to get up and use something else. Very dissapointing to think I would have relief and not have it.

I got this cream to apply to the bottoms of my feet to help me sleep. Well, it’s great! A bit of a minty, fresh smell.
