We love the design of these airconditioners! They work great and are fairly quiet. The best thing is that they don't block out so much of the window! They are very heavy though.

The air conditioner looks great but it never work well. The air conditioner is set at 63 degrees and blowing warm air. The is customer service number that does not work.

This ac arrived on time, was packaged well and the installation instructions were clear and easy to follow.We’ve used many brands of window ac units and this is by far the best we’ve ever owned. It is extremely quiet (so quiet that I went across the room to be sure it was on) and has a powerful fan. It is 8000btu and cools several large rooms (13 x 14) even when the temperature outside is 90+ degrees.I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

I'm only giving this two stars due to I only really need it for an air conditioner, and it is super quiet and unique for the window I need it for.I cannot get the heat to kick on there's no button for heat I've set the temperature high like 80° still blowing cold air after 10 minutes. The app does not exist on Android at least so no Wi-Fi connectivity.

I love the saddle design for the safety and the unobstructed view. The app hooked up to my Alexa and I can turn the AC on and off with my echos.My only complaints are that the condensation drain is on the inside rather than just draining directly outside and that the “dry” function does not do any kind of dehumidifying, meaning I have to occasionally run my dehumidifier, severely cutting down on the energy efficiency I’d hoped for.

Hi, I see in a few of the reviews about loud noises.Well, if you live in a state with high humidity and dirt in the air you will have this problem. The solution is to carefully take the face of a/c, then take off the screen. Get a baby nipple brush or straw cleaning brush and clean the fan blades. That should do it. Humidity makes the dirt stick to those blades and will actually make noise and slow down the rotations of the blade. I would recommend the SoleusAire provide the brush and instructions with the unit. Also, these newer models, now have a drain on the left side. I have made accommodation s for the draining as seen in my picture. There is also a vent underneath the front/bottom of the unit that would also need to be cleared. I have a 10,000 unit in each room of my home. Maintenance/cleaning has been easy for me. I hope this information relieves your stresses. First pic shows the draining solution I made. It can go through the wall, also. Second pic is underneath the front of the unit. To show you that needs to be cleaned, too. This all is easy maintenance.

The Air Conditioner is great does as advertised. You just got to be able to find some way to get it shipped to your house without it getting damaged like mine did. Mine came with a huge gouge mark in the back cooling fins from Fed Ex.....thanks. The driver was even kind enough to place the box with the damaged side down so my wife wouldn't see it. I found it when I got home I was pissed. Fortunately it didn't break the cooling line and it still works. I'm stuck with it nothing I can do about it even though it was damaged it got accepted. If I need another one I take a different direction I guess.

Worked great for about a full year. The last 2 months have been getting louder and louder. Now I’m getting the FL code, the water keeps filling the indoor pan so I’m constantly having to drain it. It will run for less than 40 mins before It shuts off and requires draining. I can’t find anything that would plug this or keep it from its normal draining operation. Hoping there’s a solution to this before I have to contact seller and replace.Can not contact seller. I’ve tried emailing and calling can not reach them. This thing has to be drained every 15 mins making it useless. Save your money buy from a reputable brand.
