The Chocolate Fountain Machine for Parties has been a hit at my gatherings. The 3-tier design adds a fun and interactive element, making it a centerpiece for any occasion. This machine is a piece of junk. It does not come with any information and directions written on the side of the box that only said to heat up machine and add melted chocolate. I let it “heat” for 10 minutes and I added melted chocolate but the machine never heated so the chocolate turned into a hardened mess. Terrible!

The media could not be loaded.  I got this for a chocolate themed birthday party. Everyone loved it. Couple of things though: The ad says the bowl removes for easy cleaning. It does not remove at all. The auger and the tiers do, but not the bowl. Second, the instructions say to "melt the chocolate to your desired consistnecy, then pour it in the fountain and it will work". It won't. You have to thin the chocolate with oil or it will not flow like a fountain, period. I used coconut oil and it worked great. I used 6 bags of chocolate chips and a cup or so of melted coconut oil. It all filled the fountain to the max.The bowl and tiers are stainless less. The Auger is all plastic. It's turned by a little stop in the bottom of the bowl. The bowl is heated and keeps the chocolate melted well. The legs are sturdy and the fountain sat fine. The base was heavy enough it was never in any danger of being tipped over.

My lady loves this fountain.
