Smart and Effective Curtain Device
It's easy to install and working fine , Initially I was little skeptical of it works, but now it's been more than 3 weeks and it works perfectly with mobile phone. No need to manually roll the curtain. My wife is happy especially when in the morning we just have to use the phone to turn it on. Good product overall.

Cancelled return -hard to set up app
It gets stuck at the joint where the curtain rod extends on our wide windows. The app will not find the device using BT and will only use 2.5g wireless. We use 5g so that's extra steps to create another network on my router. The motor does not stop when it feels resistance until it has struggled quite a bit...or at all. The included instructions are worthless and printed very tiny. You have to watch the video to figure out set up. Update...after days of trial and error, I realized our pool filter uses the same system on a newer app, working flawlessly. Ditched Truya and moved over to SmartLife app on 5g. Watched video again...which was helpful but still wrong on actual setup instructions that are not at all intuitive. Real instructions for double curtains - Set up each device on wifi...possible with newer app on 5g...then set up scene (mostly) per instructions for all panels to open, then 2nd scene to close and so on...repeat process. Next step- using timer scenes, attach scenes just created when prompted to set groups for timed opening/closing automatically per a set schedule. I'm still testing, but the pool filter has never failed to go on schedule. And now they are all accessible inside one app. Added several layers of EZ glide tape to extension rods to allow fluid movement and standardize rod size for consistent roller contact. Figuring out this app from their incomplete and micro sized type was much harder than necessary, but possible. Discovering there are other usable apps was by accident. The video was more helpful, but not full set of steps. We really needed these to work for our situation so I put on extra effort. The remotes work great for immediate control.... once you set up the app to calibrate desired movement. Nothing works without the app. I tried BT but it kept forgetting the connection...hence continued efforts for wifi. BT did allow for initial set up for panels to function properly linked to a single controller. BT failed for automation.

Difficult to program
My curtains don’t open and close as scheduled and I can’t figure out why. Also they don’t open and close when I ask Alexa.

Doesn’t work with Alexa and app disconnects.
This product advertises Alexa integration. Alexa connects and will add the skill but won’t actually open or close the shades. It’s possible that the remote works but I don’t want another item that I need to keep out. Also with the app, the robot would disconnect and so would not readily respond to app commands. Since what I wanted to be able to do was open and close shades from afar, this doesn’t work for me and I will be returning it.

Make life easier
It works well. I can open or close my curtains or set up the time on my phone. But it's complicated if you need to control it by telling Alexa.

Mostly works but rather clunky.
I only had this up on my curtains for a few hours as my wife insisted it is was too obvious and ugly a contraption. There was no way to hide the thing given the style of our window treatment. The few times I tested it, it did close the drapes more times than not. But the tech is not elegant. I had to laugh as the little thing churned away and slowly bumped along the curtain rod.

Nice features and works well
Once you have this set up you will quickly depend on it every day! I really like the fact that this can be controlled in so many ways. You will need two of these if you have double curtains, one left and one right. If you are curious how it runs, well you need to charge it with USB. They provide a long USB cord but not the adapter for charging. The remote is included and very nice. One thing I would like to see them provide for the remote is the two triple A batteries. I also wish they would include the screws for the remote control holder. They do have a 3M type foam sticker on the holder so you can stick it to a wall. Nicely detailed but would like to see larger print for older eyes. The robot works very nicely and can be controled by Alexa, the remote, or your phone, or if you have Alexa or Google you can control it that way too. Set up is fairly easy. I suggest to watch the video. There is a QR code you can scan in your manual. I like the fact I can also set this to open or close at specified times. Very cool!
