Perfect size for my cats. So easy to refill. Easy to clean. BUT don’t wash in the dishwasher. lol. I had to buy a second one after I made that mistake. I have one for my indoor cat and one for my barn cats.

We ordered this for our rabbit to have enough water for us to leave her for a weekend. This provides more than enough than she would need for a weekend. It does the job, and it's easy to set up, use, and maintain. Not being a filtrated/contant flow system, it does get debris (hay and fur) in the basin part, but that really isn't any fault of the product. We find it is well worth the price.

We bought this so our pup could have water out on our porch when we took him out on the long leash, so he could run in the yard. We only keep it half filled so we could clean it more often. Being he's a small dog & he's the only dog we have, the water doesn't get emptied very fast, so we want to make sure his water is as fresh as possible. It's easy to clean with a long bristle bottle brush. The opening is plenty wide for that. I especially like that after I screw on the cap, I can turn it upside down & it won't leak on my way back to its holder. I just set the bottle in the holder & make sure the spindle goes up into the cap, then I firmly push on the top & it hastens the flow of the water as it flows into the pan. The best waterproof we've ever had.

One of the plugs came out at the bottom of the waterer leaked all over my wood floors ruined two of my planks

Originally I was going to give this a bad review because there was no way it was going to hold the water and fill it as needed. Then I realized I got the wrong thing. I accidentally got the feeder and not the water bowl. I can't use an automatic feeder because my cats would get too fat but I'm sure it would work exactly as advertised!

Finicky. Valve isn’t very efficient sometimes stays stuck open and overfills the bowl. There are many less expensive alternatives.
