These are great quality tea towels that I embroider and give to friends and family for gifts. They love them as much as I do :)

This tea towel is definitely worth the coast, it is strong and will clean up any mess. I used them to paint crafts designs for a Motherls Day project for children in our church.

Purchased these to use for hand painted quilt squares for my mother. I washed them (they washed and dried well) anticipating some shrinkage, but there wasn’t any. They remained a perfect 12”x12”. The hem is actually straight, and the knit is durable. I’m not the ironing kind of gal, but I’m sure they’d look pristine.For crafters: pick up some cheap 10” square art canvasses and remove the canvas from the frame. Grab some tacks and stretch these over the frame. Use frixion erasable pens and draw something to paint or dye (when you heat set your work, the pen lines vanish. They’re magic). The texture of the fabric is lovely, and there was no pilling after friction scrubbing (vigorously) to remove resist.

The towels were very well hemmed and even.

I decided to get these towels because I am always making pumpkin roll. If you make pumpkin roll then you understand that you need a very thin towel so that the roll is able to cool in order to be rolled afterwards once the filling is in. I got these to be more environmentally friendly and also to not have to buy cheesecloth ever again, partially because it's hard to find. They seem very wrinkle resistant, excellent durability! Very easy to store in my cupboard with my baking things. They don't carry any scent. Very easy to use with what I do.

I have ordered these several times. The size and fabric are perfect for embroidery.I highly recommend these.

Last year I ordered the lito flour sack towels. LOVED THEM!Reordered some about 8 months ago and they were not satisfactory at all. Stiffer and far less absorbent. Eventually I realized that I had been sent a more generic version of a flour sack towel in spite of having reordered lito via Amazon. The label did not say lito.Not intending to make the same mistake I then ordered again specifically LITO via Amazon vs relying on the "buy it again" option.Package in arrived in early January and I promptly washed the half to use. I put all of the unsatisfactory generics in a different cabinet to use for other tasks vs drying dishes. I was surprised to note that this pile GREW larger even after I had washed the remaining lito package.In other words half the package was labeled lito and the other half was not. Half had the generic flour sack label and that half also was stiffer and less absorbent.I reordered yet again and received another package of lito the other day. To my surprise the package contents were 9 with a lito tag [one sewn on lopsided] and 3 had the same generic tag I previously associated with the towels I hated and won't use because they just don't work. I have not ordered from lito directly. Is this something that is a "behind the scenes" issue with Amazon? Are they swapping out different flour sack towels brands?I have no idea.I emailed lito directly - twice. No response as of yet which concerns me.Photos:The faded lito label is the one from my beloved flour sack towels - they are soft and absorbent and from the first Amazon order. The other pictures are from the recent order I received. Different label. Lopsided label and then the generic label.The inconsistencies bother me. The lack of response bothers me even more. Not sure I can recommend anymore until I can get a handle on how to obtain the original ones consistently.
