Just perfect! Love it
I hope to add a photo or video tmrrw but wanted to hop on and tell you this ramp is perfect! I got my 3lb yorkie a set of those zip together storage box steps which at first sight seemed a great idea. Very sturdy and let’s face it, we fur parents never have enuf storage space. But here’s the scary thing that happened. The tops were covered tightly in velvet against a hard cardboard surface. Slick as can be. I blame myself because I didn’t listen to that quiet inner voice and let my girl try the steps anyway. Stooopid! When I wasn’t watching (but still in the room) she went flying up the steps, slipped, twisted her ankle or leg tendons fell over top step. Bad hip check. So off to vet for exrays. It doesn’t take much to injure those little bird bones of hers! Luckily not broken but wrapped tight all the way up to her arm pit. Awful experience. Vet said get her a ramp and I found this one and love it! Was considering that $179 one but like how this folds up under bed or couch. The knobby rug has fantastic traction. And yeah at full height it’s kinda steep, but after eyeballing it a while I tried putting a sixish inch basket down under the bottom and it raises it just enuf to take the edge off the steepness without adding Any wobbles or making it lean backwards. Honestly a brick would work just as nicely. I thought id miss not having a little platform /landing at the top but the three railing sets plus lifting the bottom was an easy fix. If I had my tools before moving to this old age home ugh I would add two hinges and easily make a little platform but my brave little girl is already wanting to try using it. I won’t let her till she heals a bit more though. I saw so many reviews of people jirryrigging the expensive $180 one. Adding sticky tape to the slippery shiny material, screwing or gluing wooden paint sticks to make railings. Bless their hearts. They love their pets. But this ramp has it all already. Gripping rug, three rails, and only think id wish for would be a two more rails so there’s no chance your lil one could fall off. This comes with three but id reall like to add two more on the inner side along bed. Im sincere about that request while knowing the trauma of my baby being on pain meds and having hurt herself so badly has me feeling perhaps a bit overprotective now. Those storage steps are cheap and strong but the vet bill was not cheap! And the shame/guilt I feel in not listening to my maternal instincts is a toughy you know? My Sukie runs and leaps up and down the big hill outside with such glee. I know she will love this rail so much more than steps. She already wants me to let her go for it. But if you have a less bold dog or older one you might like to try my trick of adding non slippy height under the foot of this or adding a turn around platform at the top. Easy to do. Sorry I wrote so long. Will try to send pics tmrrw. Oh and this came completely assembled. Folds very flat for storing under even a very low couch, Just really wish I could add two more rails. Seller pls think about offering that please. Oh last. I got the shorter version and it’s perfect when lifting bottom but there is a much longer less steep version same company. But this takes up hardly room at all. Hope I didn’t make your eyes cross reading this long msg. Definitely get it. It’s so great!

Back Saver
This ramp has saved me a multitude of times I would have been picking the medium size dog up to assist her onto the bed. She learned quickly and uses it without hesitation. The ramp I purchased is well made, sturdy, and easy to set up. I would recommend it no matter the size of dog that needs help.

Sturdy
EDIT: I still like this ramp as it seves the need i have. However, the carry handle broke within 2 weeks. I like this ramp because the long length makes it less steep than other ramps I tried. They were just too steep for my senior chihuahuas. This ramp is well made and very sturdy, although I haven't set it higher than the 3rd slot. It might get wobbly if you go taller.

Poor
Poor quality! We returned it, as after having it just a few days it was splintering. Do not waste your money! We have 2 small dogs and corgi 27 lbs and mixed 29lbs.

Elderly toy poodle with very limited vision & mobility
Arrived in long, styrofoam-padded cardboard box. Unpacked & unfolded easily. Appreciate ramp’s width, length, color, traction of treads, easy height adjustment & optional rails. 12-lb. pup joins us at night on high king bed. Ramp sits along foot end (width) of bed & allows low-impact independence. Added strips of fluorescent tape along length, top, bottom & on raised treads to increase night visibility. Satisfied with value for the money.

Perfect
This is exactly what I was looking for. It was extremely easy to put together. It's already 90% assembled. You just need to add the adjustable side rails. I like that it comes with a rope and block to secure to the bed. My dachshund figured it out in less than 2 minutes as well.

Not a bad ramp but pretty wobbly.
Good: It doesn’t look bad, it’s clean and the measurements seem accurate. It had a pretty strong smell at first but that only lasted a few days. It seems well made (maybe still a little expensive for the product but not egregious). It’s pretty easy to adjust and does extend as tall as the description says it does.Less good: This ramp is pretty wobbly even when you use the little tie. My dogs didn’t feel comfortable using it when it was raised up despite trying to train them for multiple months. I would have returned it but it cost so much to ship it back that I decided to keep it and keep trying to train them to use it despite having no luck so far.Things to consider if you are looking into getting one! Not a bad ramp at all but the wobbly nature of it made it hard for my dogs to use.

Very impressed
My dog got diagnosed with IVDD. He is recovering well, but will likely have some coordination issues in his hind legs for the remainder of his life. I wanted him to still be able to get on and off the bed, which is his favorite place to be in the house, so I needed a ramp. These things are expensive!I took a risk on this ramp as there were no reviews. However, I'm very impressed. The price is amazing compared to similar products, and the product is sturdy and well made. The rails were important to me so that my dog couldn't fall off the side. A lot of reviews on other ramps said that the carpet wasn't really non slip, but this is a true nonslip carpeting on this one. I also love the wooden slats to also give the paws an extra grip, especially going down. Helps the dogs feel more secure. The wooden slats are also very helpful for training purposes. You just put a treat on each slat, and they follow the follow the trail of treats up or down. There are five different height options. Mine is set at the second lowest setting, and my bed and frame are 20 inches high. I have 3 dogs 8 lbs to 12.5 lbs. So far seems to hold them well. The 12.5 lbs one is still scared of it though. The one in the pics is my 8lbs pup. It's laying next to the short end of a full size bed and a 30 inch crate on the other side just for further reference. It says capacity is 110 lbs. I dont really know how to test that, but with the size/construction, I'm not sure I'd choose this for a dog over 35 lbs or so. Not because it wouldn't hold them exactly, but I just think it would move or wiggle a little and make the dog feel unsafe to use. Totally just my personal opinion though.
