ARIATMen's Treadfast 8" Waterproof Steel Toe Work Boot

Comfortable out of the box! Fit was perfect so your normal shoe size should be fine. I'm new to this brand, but so far after 2 months, no complaints!

This is my out of the box review and I will try to update after a couple months. For context I am an aircraft mechanic so I spend my days outside on my feet walking on concrete and need a tough steel toe boot. There weren’t a whole lot of detailed reviews on this boot so I took a chance and right out of the box they look great. The padding on the inside is quite thick so hopefully in the winter they keep my feet warm and not too hot in the summer. The leather is quite thick so the boot is stiff at first but after some shoe grease and time I think it’ll soften up. I have put them on and walked around the house and yard to get a feel for how hard they are on the bottom and the boots do give a very firm step feeling while not pushing back very hard into the knees and lower back so I believe the sole will hold up while the boot maintains a desirable amount of comfort. My opinion on the “waterproofing” and insoles will not be very helpful as I use custom fit insoles and I apply multiple thick layers of hubbards shoe grease to all of my boots. Overall at first glance and use the boots are nice and well made for the price point but I will update in a couple months after use. Again I am an aircraft mechanic so my experience will be different from construction workers and other tradesmen but I hope this helps

Perfect fit, very comfortable, supportive, and have great soles. Used daily as a land surveyor.

These boots have been amazing, I work 12 hour shifts as a technician in a factory, and these boots are easily the most comfortable pair of steel toe boots I've ever had. I've had them for around two months and they still look brand new, very durable boots. Fully waterproof, I have yet to get wet feet aside from sweating. Definitely will purchase these again when I need to, especially for the price.

I’ve been looking for a good new set of steel toe boots for a very very long time. I’ve been wearing a mix of different pairs of sneakers and a pair of soft toe Timberland boots to my job for a while now. I finally decided on this pair of boots after some recommendations.I bought these boots on June 6th and they arrived on June 11th. These boots lasted until the 8th of August. My job is 85% walking and 15% operating forklifts.The boot tore at the heel where the leather top half meets the synthetic material on the bottom half. I didn’t realize that the boot had tore until I got home at 1 am the following day.I’ve bought some cruddy boots in the past but they at the very least lasted two years.Those Timberland boots I mentioned earlier were a birthday gift from my grandmother years ago. I got those boots back in 2013. They haven’t broken apart in all this time. The only wear on those boots is that the insole has flattened out, the color of the boot has faded (that’s to be expected), it has a small micro tear where the side of the boot meets the sole (happened two months ago), and the tread is finally down to 20-31%.Positives:These boots are exactly as advertised by those who had recommended them. These boots are very comfortable to walk in. They’re definitely waterproof. I’ve had to work out in heavy rain a couple times and zero water got into them.Conclusion:They were wonderful boots until they tore on me. I had hoped these boots would last at least two years. I’m very disappointed. I was so excited for these boots. I can’t give these boots more than a single star out of principle. What use is a comfortable pair of boots if they can’t even last two full months? These boots were $139.

These boots are comfortable. The cushioning and form of the internal padding fits my feet really well. I really like these boots except for one thing:: They have a designed in, life limiting 'feature'.Why 3 stars? Because they put a fabric lace guide at the ankle bend. Everything else about these boots is spot on but using fabric lace guides on work boots is just very poor design. I didn't notice it before i ordered them because why would a quality boot use fabric in a high wear component? If I had noticed I would have kept looking.

I really like them I would definitely buy again I use them for work and they r holding up great
