Got this for my teenage son who has acne. Teenage years are the worse for it. Was hoping this would help along with his facial gel prescribed by a dermatologist. It's truly hard to say if it had any impact. Sometimes it seems his face is clearing and other times he seems to have an outbreak. So I wouldn't expect too much of a difference if you get this to help with acne. Of course we are all different so it may work better for some than others.

I don’t have acne so I don’t know if it helps with that, but the pillowcase is silky, soft and cool to sleep on and definitely helps keep your hairstyle intact overnight. The color is neutral so it will coordinate with any style of bedding. The only downside is the material is slippery so your pillow slides out of the pillowcase.

I really like this pillow case. I have a few silk pillowcases and they do make a difference for hair and skin. I liked this one for its cooling bamboo fabric. I tend to run hot, and this pillow case stays nice, soft, comfy and cool. I have also noticed my face breaking out less, which is fantastic. Magic? No. I still break out some, however I will say this has helped at nighttime. I'm thinking it's because the bamboo is more breathable and cool, so my pores are not clogging up as much being cooler.The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because a couple other nicer pillow cases I own (silk, etc.) have a zipper on the end of the pillow. It's one of those things that once you HAVE one, you get spoiled. It's just a little zipper on the side of your pillow case, however if you toss and turn around at night like myself, waking up with the pillow case actually still completely on the pillow is such a nice treat! Haha! So, bottom line I would completely recommend it!Note: If you have never owned a silky pillowcase just be sure to wash it carefully. While it might seem like kind of a hassle, it's worth it to keep it nice.
