One of the tires wore out early, but I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement quickly with no hassle. Arrived faulty Tire Damaged. It arrived with cheap tires that was damaged when i opened the box. I want a new replacement for the back wheel tire. This is upsetting sonce I paid about 700 dollars for it.

I have over 400 miles on this bike and I have yet to have any issues with it. Everything about this e-bike is amazing and the fact it is affordable makes it even better.I noticed some people said they had issues with the tires not fitting correctly, don't pump the bike up while its up right. Put it on it's side when you fill up the tires, and they fit fine.It goes the speed it says and just fills amazing. I go up and down hills all day and the battery life is also amazing.Highly recommend this bike for adults.

The media could not be loaded. Tamobyke replaced the machine which arrived inoperable. The service post sale for this ebike is spectacular. Technical assistance answered everything they could from afar to assist me in getting her running. The replacement bike. same model powered up no system errors. Thank you Tamobyke. For the opportunity to get the ebike rolling. However one huge issue that arose on both ebikes. The rims tubes & tires were deficient on both. I was able to ride, yes. Not more than half a mile before the ebike srarted bouncing due to the tube had distended itself unseating the tires front and rear.I have owned and tested more than 50 E.Vs' over the past 4 years. I can certify in good confidence,should the tire/ wheel issue be addressed. Tamobyke has a real winner. Considering the frame and offroad styling. I would offer designer colorways. As well. Cargo frame molle systems. Neon colored matching rims with seat & grips combo.I'm not on the team. I know. I would like to see all companies be more creative.In the end it's not about how much you paid for your ebike.Ain't it about how much more FUN your life is.
