Read carefully
The big 20 on the front is years in business not a count. Design flaw in packaging in my opinion. Regardless so far dogs really like these treats and they are a good value compared to bully sticks burning a hole in our pockets.

Sizew matters
Bought these by mistake. Good quality but huge, too big for my 45 pound dog. I usually buy the small ones but can't return or exchange these. Will have to take a saw and cut these in half.

Awful burnt smell and look completely charred
Crouton generally loves the Bully sticks i get from ValueBull, so I decided to try the collagen sticks (She has had collagen sticks before with no problems). First issue was that they looked and smelled extremely burnt, i looked if that was normal but couldn't find anything.One day she was driving me nuts, so I decided to give her one to calm down (using the bully stick holder). It lasted less than the bully stick, and it gave her stomach issues for the next 2 days. And now I can't return the product. Dissapointing..

Better than expected
Read some reviews saying that they didn't come as pictured. Ours on the other hand were just as shown and were larger than expected. We got the 100 pack for our two small dogs. This really keeps then engaged while we cook or clean.

Update; This stuff is overpriced Garbage : it smells and looks like compressed cardboard
Seller worked with me immediately to solve the problem and for that I give them a thumbs up for their customer serviceDogs just look at it and won’t even touch them. Not sure what they are made of but they smell and look like compressed cardboardAnd they won't take returns. Stay away unless you like wasting $100 for junk you can’t useWould give them a 0 but not an option, Contacting Amazon to file a complaint
