Very upsettingly, this doll arrived in this condition and so it clearly had to be returned. Charlotte in Teamson's customer service e-mailed me the same day I instigated the return. There have been several emails between us and Charlotte has been prompt, professional and courteous and has brought the whole thing to a satisfactory conclusion with no hassle at all. I cannot tell you what a relief it is to find someone who efficiently takes the problem away from you and sorts it out. Massive pat on back to her.

A well made vinyl doll with a soft body. The hair is a wig, very long and thick. The eyes close when the doll is laid down. The knickers and shoes are good quality but, as with the other doll from this company, the dress could be a lot better. I would also have liked more accessories for the price.

doll is beautiful but legs don't aline properly she have trouble standing I destroyed box before checking her properly and she had wonky legs.i'm sure I had a box already returned by a customer as she didn't have ties to the box but because I need a model didn't think nothing about it and box got destroyed but days later when I wanted to stand her by herself that's when problems started

This is A very lovely doll. It exceeded my expectations. The doll sent to me had the outfit as pictured but the sleeves were full length. The outfit is nice and well made. Her hair was longer than the doll pictured also. Her curls are down to her shirt hem. Her hair has lovely bouncy curls. She has amazing nails because they are made to look real with little white tips. They are really cute. The only downside is that her feet are a tad smaller than some other dolls her size making it easy for her shoes to slip off. Socks or tights should help with that. Shipping was prompt as expected with prime member shipping.

Christmas gift for my little sister and she LOves it! The doll is very very pretty and adorable and well made and fixed well. She got The blonde doll who has Long perfect super gorgeous hair. I am 60 and I wanted this doll and my other sister who just recently retired wanted it so we were all taking turns bushing her hair. I would think ANY girl would adore this doll.

Adorable face and the hair is super thick and doesn't knot up very easily. Easy to brush which is great because it will be me, not my two year old, to make sure she stays looking well groomed. Her skin tone was a little darker than I expected from the pictures. Very pretty and tanned though and my daughter loves her and named her Mariah.

I am extremely happy with my Sophia doll. She is very pretty, with lovely front teeth and beautiful hair which can be brushed or combed. She is jointed so she can stand for days by herself. Her arms and legs are well shaped and her torso is sensible. I would highly recommend this doll to anyone wishing an 18 inch doll.

She is beautiful and my 6 yr. old niece loves that her eyes open and close. Her wig is a bit off with a little glue showing right in front of the part in her hair. I would exchange it but I know she would not want me to take her new birthday doll away. For the money, I am not pleased with that issue. Other than that, she is a really nice doll and very easy for Ivy to dress her.
