Upon usage I've noticed that whenever I ground to the pad I can feel the negative electrons flowing I did my test with a multi reader and it works as explained I feel real relaxed whenever I use it and I believe it's doing the job of grounding and I can feel the effects I'm a truck driver and I really appreciate thisDreams seems more vivid when I lay on it plus I feel real relaxedWhile laying on it

Earthing works for my piriformis syndrome and I now give kits out as gifts. I'm a believer. I bought two identical units together from FXYSWGA but they didn't perform the same. This review discusses the differences between the two.Both came with all advertised parts: mat, cord, and wrist band. I have a product tester and the top surface of the mats are conductive as expected. The cords were visibly different, probably from two different suppliers (although both mats appear to be identical). See attached photo. The good cord (left, with insignia) is 15.5' long, weighs 31.7 g, and tested at 101 k-ohm as described. The banana plug fits somewhat loosely into half of my wall outlets. The bad cord (right, without insignia) is 16.5' long, weighs 34.5 g, and tested at only 20 ohm, not the claimed 98 k-ohm. The banana plug fits snugly into all of my outlets. Both cord-snaps fit my products from several other manufactures, including Earthing.com, Amerthing, Jffszsd, Earth and Moon.The bad cord will be relegated to short-term applications like sitting in a reading chair or for my product tester. It won't be used for long treatments like while sleeping or napping, as I don't trust its low-resistance when I'm not giving it adequate attention. That said, I will buy more of these kits because the quality is better than similarly priced ones (I've returned several). If I could review them separately I would give one 5-star and the other 4-star. But I only get one review, so... 4-star.

As the titles insinuates I am not happy with the mat. It feels super thin and cheap. For under $20 for a matt, cord and bracelet I'm not surprised though. But considering the button attaches to the cord so strong, I actually question how many times I could really cycle between the mat and the bracelet before it would rip, rendering it useless!?I'm considering purchasing a separate cord, so I can just leave them attached. The bracelet actually feels pretty decent, honestly. And the cord fits into the plug-in ground very snug and securely.Really, for the price I can't complain but I just question how long the may will survive!

I was skeptical, so this was a good way for me to test the grounding theory. It worked well for me, and will be looking to buy another for the office.

The writeup said some don't notice any changes for a couple weeks but the first night I used it and without question I felt a difference in me. Being ill for so long and trying everything I came across I tried this. Because most stuff I purchase never works I opted for this inexpensive grounding mat and seeing that it is a real thing I will be purchasing more for gifts .

I wish I had made the following observations and test measurement immediately after I received this product. But alas I've owned it for months and can no longer return it for a refund.We have pet cats in our house, who take naps on our bed. So we keep the bed neatly made with its bedcover on it whenever we're not in bed. Thus, between twice per week vaccuum cleanings, the top surface of the bedcover gets deposited with some cat hairs, which cling to the bedcover due to the attractive electrical charges between them. If not for the inttegral rotary brush feature of our vacuum cleaner this cleanup would be an arduously inefficient task. Until today, this grounding mat was kept on the bedsheet, shielded from the cat hairs by the bedcover. So today I had a "eureka moment", and tried using the grounding mat as a large anti-static wipe, in the interest of further increasing the efficiency of its to vacuum cleaning. Much to my dismay, the wipe down with this mat failed to discharge the cat hairs ! They kept clinging to the bedcover. Next, I found an inoccuous aggregation of cat hairs that I lifted simply via the attractive charge on the surface of my fingertip. So I touched the grounding mat with the knuckle of that finger and the result was failure to discharge enough of my body to release the clinging cat hair still clinging to my fingertip !!!I reasoned that the explanation for these observations must either be that our 22 year old home is not properly grounded ( extremely unlikely ), or this grounding mat is ineffective. So next using a digital electronic multimeter I measured the resistance across the mat's working surface and its outlet plug. It measure about 11,500 oms at the corner closes to its electrode and about 16,300 ohms at the diagonal corner. Obviously this is far too little conductivity. If this mat cannot ground out the charge on a bit of cat hair, nor on the surface of my finger, then how is it supposed to remedy the free radicals throughout my bodily tissues ???

Checked ground wire with digital multimeter and has no continuity. So how can you be grounded if the wire they supply you with does not allow flow ..

The Grounding Mat is excellent and as described but it comes with a US power outlet. Being an Australian I would have appreciated an adapter to be sent with the mat. Most electrical items that are not Australian made do come with Australian adapters when I’ve purchased electrical goods online. At the time of ordering there is a box to tick to denote which country we are ordering from and hence it saves us a lot of angst in trying to find adapters etc . Other than that the grounding mat is perfect for me. Thank you .

I am in receipt of a grounding mat, which disappointingly, is missing a conversion plug for Australian standards, therefore unusable on delivery and unfit for sale! Please rectify this, or I will have to return it.
