I used to get haircut twice a month due to my thick puffy straight hair. I found out about dashu down perm from YouTube. I decided to take plunge and try it out. I did some research prior to using the product. It is important to completely saturate your hair with the cream. I coated my hair with the entire tube even though my hair is relatively short. I waited 15mins before washing my hair with shampoo and conditioner. After drying my hair, my hair stayed in place and completely flat against my head. The kit comes with a brush and disposable gloves which is great.One downside is that this stuff really smells. Make sure you have good ventilation when you are using it. Your hair will smell like the product for a day or two.

Lasts long if you know how to use it properly.

Im Asian and have extremely poofy side hair when I try to grow it out, if you apply it correctly and generously you’ll be very satisfied with the outcome. I recommend watching some down perm videos on YouTube so you know what you should be doing. It’s not in stock right now but i really hope they restock.

Followed exact instructions and my hair didn’t go down… took off all my hair color and eventually made my hair even puffier in the long run

It doesn't smell super strong, non irritating, and does the job. It's been almost 2 weeks and my side hair is still nice n flattened. Awesome.Also, it says 5-10 min depending on the thickness of hair. But if you r using this, I bet you have super stubborn hair so I recommend maybe 12-14 instead. Just imo
