They hold good, and look ok but are more frustrating than the other brand we have purchased (pack with sticky backs) to install & adjust. We do suggest if you want a stronger support to get your own plastic piece to secure screw better- the little one that comes with it seem very puny & weak. Other than that, good for the price

What I didn’t realize is how dependent the system is on a paid subscription — something that’s not made entirely clear up front.> Without a subscription:You get no access to recordings. If something happens while you’re away, there’s no way to review the footage — it’s simply not saved.You lose critical alerts, like battery warnings. I had a camera drop to low power and only caught it because I happened to check manually.Motion detection is inconsistent. I’ve missed car arrivals, package deliveries — even entire events that the camera just never captured or triggered on.There’s no local storage option. Everything is cloud-only, and you must subscribe to retrieve your own video.> This is disappointing for a system in this price range. If you’re considering Ring, be aware that its full functionality requires an ongoing monthly payment — and without it, you’re left with live view only, and very limited protection.I’ll be looking into alternatives that offer local recording and real user control.
