I almost waited till the end of this product to ascertain if the food supplement really works. I found out about bcaa to start off when I felt and later learnt that creatine itself was not good enough for muscle recovery while bcaa provided the necessary animo acids. So at the lowest price available, I came across Big Flex Essential on Amazon. Now watermelon being one of my favourite fruits other than pineapple, the initial waft coming out of the container when opened was fragrantly breathtaking! And that rosey pink powder mixed instantly with slow additions of chilled water giving birth to some floating sea foam. Silly it may sound, but reminding me of that luxurious bubble gum flavour, it actually fulfilled my entire Summer season's desire of consuming watermelons! To this I confess that the residual foam left over the glass-insides was saved back in the fridge with a lid-on to be used to next flavour-back my waters to quench my later thirsts. Besides, the drink is quite exhilarating to wake up all your senses as I took it on a relaxed stomach late mornings before starting my daily workout routines to which I easily realised that it definitely charges you up while you can feel your energy levels rise up. However, I am not a heavy exerciser. So I drank it on days alternating. But in time, I could feel the noticeable difference in my muscle buildup, around my thighs especially, which was not so obvious when working out without it. Thus, I happily conclude by saying that this 'hyper boost' supplement (as mentioned on its seriously addressing molecular air tight cylinder) definitely helped my body with quick protein absorption. Although some may argue stating it's sweetness to be a bit empowering, it's for sure a worthy experience.
