Comfortable socks

I have been on the hunt for cotton non binding socks forever. I have circulation issues and nothing worked. Either too tight or so loose that they fall down. Well gotta tell ya…These are by far the Best!!! I am a woman of 5’5” a bit chubby with slim legs. I wear a size 9 1/2 ladies , 8 1/2 mens shoe and I ordered the large size.Hope this helps.These socks have enough elastic to stay up without cutting off your circulation and have a nice padded foot without anything xtra to irritate your foot.Great product!!! You wont be dissappointed.

When we first got these hubby was unsure as they are very forgiving with stretch. He actually found that he liked them better than his other ones and these were not tight around his calves yet they stayed up. Would purchase again.

There is no hem on the top of the leg opening. The build quality is horrendous. After one use and wash, the soles are already starting to come apart because the socks slide between your feet and the foot bed of the shoe. You can see through these socks. They are that thin.I don't even like "thick" socks. I am trying to find something to replace the GoldToe "Powersox" that they discontinued (erroneously, IMO). These are the opposite of the PowerSox.

I have been trying for years to get a comfortable sock that does not bind or pinch my calves. This is the first time I am successful. I bought a bunch of these and I love wearing them. The soles are slightly cushioned and very comfortable and the tops are breathable and cool.

can not find scokes like this in the stores.

I am an expert wellness sock buyer. By the end of the day I had to peel these "non-binding" socks away from my leg, where they left a ring of compressed flesh that took half an hour to return to normal. This result presents a great disappointment for me, as I have been a loyal customer of Gold Toe for more than a decade. I remain terribly disappointed that Gold Toe discontinued their English Ribbed Lisle Non-Elastic Sock, which was a true non-binding sock. Anyone in the garment industry can tell you that over the course of a day, certain articles of clothing change the way that they fit due to wear, moisture, and other factors (like fabric blends). With that in mind, any non-binding sock will change the way it fits over an 8 hour period, however a good "wellness" sock billed as "non-binding" should fail toward *looseness* which is what the English Ribbed Lisle Non-Elastic style sock did – by the end of a day they would lose their shape until washed and dried, whereupon they were ready for another day's use.
