Q: Would you say that this has similar quality to Montezuma's 100% chocolate? I pay 2,50 pounds at Waitrose for 100g bar and here it looks so cheap

Callebaut chocolate is excellent quality and the five star reviews from other customers for this product seem to suggest that everybody loves it. With 100g bars you are paying for the packaging, VAT and the fact that it is a retail bar. The 2.5kg bag is classed as an ingredient and is therefore zero rated for VAT purposes. This product represents excellent value for money and is of the highest quality.
