Difficult to germinate but worth the effort.
Difficult seeds to germinate. I managed to grow two plants, takes two seasons to grow the flower spike. My plants have just thrown up the flower spike and are starting to flower. Worth the effort to grow such a worth while plant. Overall very pleased.

Absolute rubbish
Seeds were a complete failure. I expected potentially temperamental germination, but i still certainly expected at least 1 seed to develop. Absolutely nothing. If i could give a zero rating, i would. Do not waste your money on anything from this company - it's not worth the risk or expense

seeds already germinating
Planted up a few of the seeds and they are already germinating. Very promising start and looking forward to watching them grow as I pot them on in a week or two.

Only got one plant from all the pack
Very hard to grow, I only ended up with one plant out of the entire packet of seeds. Would not recommend if you are expecting to fill your boarders.

Are these Echium?
I have sown with varied germination success two varieties of echium. Red Rocket and Blue Steeple. I only had one Blue Steeple germinated but it is growing a storm, squat with floppy 'bunny' ear leaves and looks just like examples I have seen on line. I had more success with these Red Rocket with 20 seedlings germinating within a few weeks, however, the seedlings look nothing like what I expected. They are tall and upright with several narrow leaves all the way up the stem (see picture) The fact that they were all sown individually in pots eliminates the possibility of rogue seeds from the compost or cross contamination as 1 seedling has sprouted as expected in each pot. Can anyone confirm if these are actually Echium Red Rocket? I may have to wait another year to find they are something quite different or even waste my efforts on something I treat and plant out all wrong.

Quick service
Arrived quickly and the packs are as advertised. I now need to wait for several months to see if the seeds germinate!
