If you are looking to lose weight it’s decent but I think it’s more helpful just for detoxing your system and not losing weight.

Helps be go to the bathroom
I drink it 3 times a day sometimes. I drink a cup with. A meal. Lunch and dinner. If I have a snack at night I drink a half a cup with the snack. Warm or cold.

This is my first time ordering this from Amazon but I have ordered it from eBay and trust the process it really works I ordered this tea and juice off eBay and I lose 10lbs just by drinking the tea and juice
