Oh my goodness this is the best machine you can have in your sunroom, closet or small area. I have put my Primacc Dehumidifier in our sunroom. This machine is quite and works smoothly. It collects the water in the air and no more mildew on the windows, floors or curtains. I highly recommended this portable Primacc Dehumidifier.**This is an update after 9 months my dehumidifier stopped working, but wait I contacted the seller and without missing a beat I received an email apologizing for the inconvenience. Primacc sent me a new dehumidifier in less than a week. I'm back in business WooHoo. I LOVE IT, I NEVER LIKED MY BASEMENT BECAUSE IT WAS MUSTY AND DAMP. ALWAYS WANTED A DEHUMIDIFIER BUT WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. I SAW THIS ONE ON AMAZON AND WAS SURPRISED BY HOW CHEAP IT WAS. GAVE IT A TRY AND I LOVE IT. IT DOES A GREAT JOB. MY BASEMENT DESNT HAVE THAT MUSTY SMELL ANYMORE AND THE FLOOR IS DRY. I FINALLY FEEL COMFORTABLE IN THE BASEMENT.

We bought this unit it worked for 3 months and quit. we dont even use it all the time, So i wouldn't recommend this prouduct to anyone it says to contact sellar but you cant contact sellar so now i am WARNING YOU!!!

I ordered this before I needed it because I knew that my house in the mountains would get very wet during the summer. Just opened it and plugged it in and it doesn't work at all. It appears to have been returned once. I should have checked it when I received it so lesson learned, but not cool to send out defective items that have been returned. Very not cool.

This dehumidifier is doing its job. It is a lot better than what I had before. It pulls the water out of the air a lot faster than the one I had before that broke. I have this on most of the time.

Does it's job, but the product is extremely small. As with most sketchy retailers, the pictures do not accurately represent the product.

This dehumidifier has no power at all to pick up humidity. Size is perfect for a small place but it lacks power. I have humidity problems at my house and have another dehumidifier that picks about 5 gallons per day therefore I know this one does not do the job. I wish I could return it.

Works great and is quiet. A must in an rv. Only problem is the plug gets very hot while in use
