Noisy Football Match (Usborne Noisy Board Books) (Noisy Books)

I bought this as a gift for a friend's son, I was pleased initially with the book. It looks lovely. Great pictures, feels like a quality item. My friend and her son really liked the book, as did my sons. However, when we removed the tab to allow the batteries to connect there was no noise. My friend opened it up to find the batteries had corroded inside. I was very disappointed with this.

Different to the other "noisy books" in that there's a flow to the story which the noises help to tell.My chap is short of two and always seems engrossed in the story. Maybe it has something to do with the enthusiasm his Dad feels for the subject matter. A hit with my kid anyway and very robust. Recommended, as are most others in this series.

Christmas present for my one year old nephew. This is a big board book - maybe a little too large for him. But he loved pressing all the very loud buttons. Whether his parents love the noise as much I'm not so sure!

Quality was a bit of a let down I know I purchased second hand but even then at least have the book together it was falling apart

The book itself was nice but the batteries were dead so my nephew (who was so excited to start reading) was left very disappointed that he couldn't read with the sound effects.

Nice range of good, realistic football sounds for the young football fan. It went down very well at Christmas. Would certainly recommend. Another hit in the range of Usbourne Noisy books

even though it was stated good condition my husband had to glue the spine together for me. not very impressed. I nearly returned it.

A must-have for teaching very young potential football fans what to expect on the field of play. All the stadium noises add atmosphere and authenticity to the story of a football match. (It helps to have a bias towards red-shirted teams!)
