Excellent grinder
Excellent grinder, purchased almost 18 months before, working amazingly, loved the grinder. A must have product, easy to recharge and efficient in grinding, can use pepper powder fresh every time without giving trouble to our hands.

Works Great until it works
Worked wonderfully when it worked. Never charged it for an entire year even though used frequently (couple of times a week). The cover of the on/off button tore and came of within few months but it could still work. Exactly after a year, the on off button stopped working. But I was using it as it automatically stops when keeping it upright and grind when kept upside down. Now it has completely stopped working, can't charge either. Worked for 1 year and 1 months

Great product- must have for any kitchen!
Wonderful product. Using it for the last few months and it works extremely well.Recently, the glass container broke after falling from our hands, however, on contacting the service centre, we promptly got a replacement spare for nominal charges.Overall extremely satisfied with both the product and after sale service quality.

Easy pepper crushing
"Excellent product! The best feature is the adjustable grind size, controlled simply by turning the rotor. It is incredibly easy to use—just tilt it down to start and flip it up to stop. The built-in LED light also gives a clear view of the pepper quantity. After 5 months, I had a charging issue, but customer service responded quickly. When they couldn't fix it online, they replaced the device with a new one. Excellent customer care!"

Beware: Untrustworthy Dealer
Beware of Agaro dealers. I have been cheated twice. The first time, they delivered a grinder with a dead battery. When I asked for a replacement, they took the product back and never sent the replacement, and marked it as replaced.This time, I ordered a salt and pepper grinder. It was never delivered, yet they falsely marked it as delivered. I had ordered it as a Christmas gift and was left helpless and embarrassed.This is blatant dishonesty and grossly irresponsible service. Completely untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs.
