Brilliant book. Very simple vocabulary and lovely illustrations. My little girl wants to read it all the time. It's really helping with toilet training.

Good
Started us off on a Karen Katz journey - my daughter started reading this at 19 months, and we are just potty training now - it really gave her a good understanding of the process and she loved the book

Good for potty training preperation
Good potty training book although a lot of the language feels American (i.e. Diaper) so we change the words to familiar terms for our son. Our son was already using the potty wgen we got this book (though he wasn't out of nappies at nursery), and it's a story about a child who is a little nervous about using a potty so felt it wasn't something he could really relate to, but he seemed to enjoy the read non-the-less.

A fun way to introduce the dreaded potty for your little ones!
My little girl loves this book! She gets it out most days and loves the bright colours. We've hasd some success with the potty too so it definitely has helped introduce things! The only thing that put me off slightly was the very 'american' words used but I just replace them where necessary - just me being picky!! Apart from that, it's very entertaining and I would recommend it as a fun way to introduce things!!

My toddler didn't like it at all
It has too many details and it's hard to handle for little hands.

Good concept, a bit American ;O)
This is a nice book to read with your child, it shows them the steps to potty training and that it is ok to not feel ready, want to go off and play and sometimes have a little accident. The only downside is the use of American grammer, meaning an English reader needs to change the words as you go along! i.e. diaper My daughter enjoys lift the flap books, which this features as it makes her feel more involved.
