Good value for money and definitely recommended for those who have low iron levels

I started needing to take additional iron when pregnant. Tried the prescribed supplements a few times a week, Floradix and gummies. All either upset my stomach or tasted a lot like iron/blood. This tastes nice (a little like iron) and because it is in sachets and does not need to be refrigerated it is easy to take first thing on an empty stomach to maximise absorption. It’s not cheap and if you are pregnant one sachet is not much of your RDA but it worked well for me when combined with an iron rich diet.

Recommend if you are trying to boost your iron and struggle with pills. Although, they won't match the high levels of pharmacy prescribed pills. The flavour definitely makes these easier to consume than the original option.

The overall benefits I don't know if it works, maybe a little less tired but the artificial apple flavor puts me off.

I highly recommend this to anybody with iron issues, fatigue or in need of a quick pick me up. The intensity of the taste can be a little much until you get used to it. I opt for cutting the top one and downing it all in one shot. You get a healthy amount, it just depends entirely on the price of it. I definitely prefer this version with the apple flavour to the plain one.
