How much can the handle of this bag extend? When fully extended, how high is it from the bottom of the bag? I have a bad back and need it to be higher

The handle on this thing can stretch out about 21.5 inches, and when you've got it fully stretched, it stands at a solid 40 inches tall. That's what the seller claims, and I've checked out a few others that are pretty much the same size, but I'm really diggin' this one and thinking of snagging.
