Not sure if it really works, but it can't hurt. It's pretty and has a nice affirmation that would be a perfect gift to someone going through a hard time. Since I'm a February baby, being amethyst doesn't hurt either.

Now, if you are new to ordering stones online, you need to realize every listing that has multiple quantities is going to be completely different than the pictures. It's just how it goes since you can't duplicate stones, and every single one will be different like a snowflake. If you are needing the exact stone in the pictures, you need to order things that make that clear, that's the exact one you will receive otherwise it would be unreasonable. All I assumed when I ordered this was I was getting amethyst no matter the color. My particular amethyst is actually chevron with red inclusions so I was happy with that, yay. There are natural indentations and rough areas which I expected. This is very giftable the way it arrives within the box, a little amethyst card, and a itty bitty pouch that is the perfect size for this worry/thumb stone. I'm really glad they didn't put branding on the pouch as I always reuse these, and I prefer to not have somebody's brand on it. This is the perfect gift for somebody who may be having a rough time which I ordered for myself for the same reason. Normally small thumb or worry stones are not much money, but this is a giftable set making it more personable with a better overall experience. I'm happy with it, thank you.

I got this crystal for myself, but it really would make the most perfect caring gift. I loved everything about this item. The stone comes in a tiny drawstring bag. The bad is soft, and just holding that bag has a comforting feeling. I rarely keep the bags that I get my crystals in, but this is one I will definitely keep the stone in. It is very nice and adds so much to the sentiment of the message on the stone. The stone is the perfect size for a thumbstone to put in your pocket. It is highly polished and smooth all the way around. The color is nice and it has a good weight to it. Holding the stone and reading the message instantly gives me comfort. Given as a gift, every time the person reaches for this stone and reads the message to help get them through a rough time, they will think of you and your kind gesture. I like this stone so much, I will be getting multiples to keep on hand to give to people who need them in periods of grief. Highly recommend. I really love this stone.
