Transformers: Rise of the Beasts [Blu-ray]

Changed my review after a second viewing and some education on the characters so it was my fault for not being a devoted Transformers fan enough to understand the original series from the comic books I never read. Apologies.

Another Amazing Transformers movie! Great for adults and kids. Definitely worth a rental or to buy to add to your collection.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts had some cool moments, but overall, it didn't quite live up to the excitement of the previous Transformers films.One of the biggest issues I had with it was the pacing—it felt way too slow at times. There were long stretches where the action took a backseat to exposition, and it made the movie feel like it dragged on. While I understand they wanted to build the story and the world, it didn’t have the same fast-paced, thrilling energy that made other Transformers movies so captivating.The characters, both human and Transformer, didn’t feel as engaging as in past films. I had a hard time connecting with them, and the plot didn’t keep me on the edge of my seat like I was hoping. The action sequences were decent, but they didn’t have the same intensity or excitement as the epic battles in earlier installments.It’s not a bad movie, but it’s definitely not as gripping as the others in the franchise. If you're a big Transformers fan, you’ll probably still enjoy it, but I was hoping for more high-energy action and a more captivating storyline.

Is this a good movie? No. It's not.Read all the reviews, like on Rotten Tomatoes.The only good transformers movie was the first one, 2007 I think.
