This has been a fantastic kit! The smoker itself is incredibly sturdy and sits on a glass easily. With the top on, it pretty much seals the cup and makes sure to keep the smoke inside, allowing for a rich, smoky flavor to infuse into the drink. The assorted woods included in the kit work quite well and are even fun to mix and match to get different flavors. Experimenting with the different wood chips has added an extra layer of enjoyment to my cocktail-making process.The ice cube makers were a really nice touch. They create perfectly round ice balls that look super impressive in the glass and melt much slower than regular ice cubes, keeping my drinks colder for longer without watering them down. This added feature has really elevated my home bar experience.Overall, this is a great little kit for not a lot of money that works really well for at-home use. It’s easy to use, fun to experiment with, and has definitely made my cocktail-making much more enjoyable. If you’re looking to add a bit of flair and flavor to your home bar, I highly recommend giving this kit a try. It’s well worth the investment and has quickly become one of my favorite bar accessories.

This was a great gift. The glasses were nice. We liked the variety of wood chips. Just remember to get butane for the lighter, that is not included. It was a great little starter for smoked drinks

I got this whiskey smoker kit as a gift for a friend who’s a total whiskey enthusiast—and he was blown away! He’s super knowledgeable about whiskey and cocktail tools, and even he was impressed by the quality of everything included. The flavors from the wood chips are rich and authentic, adding a perfect smoky depth to each drink. The glasses are sturdy and classy, and the ice ball molds are a great touch for presentation. He’s already used it multiple times and keeps raving about it. If you’re looking for a gift that really stands out, this is it. Top-tier kit all around!

When I tried to use the kit, after filling the torch with propane, I noticed that it wasn't functioning (no gas flow). I saw the card that included instructions to contact them via email in case of any issues. They responded extremely quickly (within less than an hour) and said that they would be happy to send me a replacement lighter, but that it would take 10-15 days. They gave me the option to order another lighter from Amazon for which they would issue me a refund. I ordered a new torch and sent them the order info, and in less than a day, they issued me a refund for the full amount of the torch I purchased. Their customer service was excellent and by far exceeded my expectations. The kit itself works great and I've been able to make some great tasting smoked old fashioned cocktails using it. I highly recommend this product.

Variety of flavors to try. The smoker is easy to use and effective!

I purchased this smoker for my husband's birthday. He loved it! I'll try to go over the highlights of this item for others contemplating purchasing this item:1) Easy to use. There are 2 ways to use the smoker: Either with your drink of choice poured into the glass, OR you can smoke the inside of the glass first, then pour your drink into the glass after. My husband chose to use the method of the whiskey in the glass and then added the smoke.2) My husband chose the Pear wood shavings for his first sample drink. Although he said it did add some of the smokey flavor, it was very mild.3) Easy to clean and store. The packaging has been well thought out. Everything arrived in one piece.Some of the suggestions to this item (not bad, just some notes):1) When choosing your wood chips "flavor" for your various whiskey's, the fruit flavored chips seem to work best with the lighter whiskey's. The darker the whiskey, the less you can taste the fruity smoke. The "wood" flavors-walnut, oak, etc.-might pair better with the darker whiskey's. [NOTE: My husband started with a darker whiskey with the Pear wood chips. He could barely make out the fruit notes. His second sample glass, he drank a lighter whiskey with the Pear wood chips. That "pairing,"-pun intended-worked out best. Hence my comment on trying the walnut or oak chips with the darker whiskey.]2) On the first use, the chips didn't burn all the way, despite following the directions to the letter. On the second "sample," my husband kept the torch on the chips longer than the recommended time. The chips burned thoroughly and properly.3) The 2 ice ball molds are specifically for the glasses included in the gift box. We already had ice ball molds for other glasses, but those are too big for the 2 glasses with this kit.4) No. The torch doesn't come with butane in it!!! We assume that this is due to postal regulations. If you plan on purchasing this item, make sure you have butane on hand so when your item arrives, you're not stuck without being able to use your torch.No complaints about this product. Easy to use. Checked off all the boxes for the whiskey lover in my life!

The media could not be loaded. I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and it is so fun to use at our home bar! He loves a smoked old fashioned so this was an essential bar kit that we needed. The various types of wood flavors that come with it are also wonderful and smell amazing, even the pear! The glasses that came with it are very nice and we were washing them before using so didn’t have them in the video here. The little barrel on the smoker top is very well made and is magnetic so can come off easy to open and will seal well once you have the wood chips torched to smoke the glass/drink. I bought the butane tank separately so we could use this right away since the kit does NOT come with butane. The torch gun is easy to refill with the butane tank that I got on Amazon though! This is well worth the money. 💸
