Works great it is easy to move

The off/on switch is at the back of the shredder.

Works well for small home shredder. Holds good amount. Runs a long time before overheating but notifys ypy when to stop. Would buy again

This is not a good product!!!After working maybe for less than 15 minutes it keeps jamming which is ver frustrating. In order to get it to work again I need to turn it over and pull out the shredded stuck papers which is a long and dangerous process. The advertisement says up to 12 sheets of papers and staples. I only fed 8-10 pieces and only had an occasional staple, but it keeps jamming. I wish to get a refund for this inferior equipment!!

I'm very pleased with my level 5 micro-cut shredder. It cuts small enough to give me peace of mind.

Was great until it wasn't. Purchased May 2024, RIP March 2025. I don't know what happened, it's as if the motor and the teeth lost their connection and the motor would run but it could not shred. But when it did shred it was fantastic. Unfortunately I don't have the money to purchase a new shredder every 10 months (my previous shredder, a Swingline, has a 12 year life). So I'll have to find another brand.
