This works
I am suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome. For nearly two weeks, I was getting around one and a half to two hours sleep at a time, then waking up with a feeling exactly like receiving an electric shock from the mains in my wrists, palms and fingers. It is astonishingly painful. I was exhausted. My GP recommended another brand of wrist splint which was not available on Amazon but, in searching for that, i found this instead. I got really great delivery service and the splint arrived the day after I ordered. It was so easy to put on and comfortable to wear during the day. The effect at night brought me to tears of joy. That first night I slept for nearly seven hours and when I woke i had only mild tingling in my fingertips. Thank you Actesso for giving me rest whilst I wait for further treatment for the CTS. Your product has made me so very happy. I thoroughly recommend this to anyone with carpal tunnel syndrome.

Great for Sprain or RSI
I suffer from to much enthusiasm and not enough skill. So when mountain biking I crash a lot. Having broken my wrist 2 times and severely sprained it many other times.I now suffer from RSI. (clearly I'm broken in head and body)I purchased this as it was cheaper than other ones on the market but looked the same. After a recent ice skating disaster I found I had quite a bit of wrist pain.I work in IT and spend 8-10 hours a day on a computer. Agony is not a word to suitable describe my feelingsSo now I have this. Within 2 days I felt much better. Pain has gone.I use it day and night. My Doctor checked on me and told me that they would recommend same item.Update in 2020 - I still on occasion use this wrist support. It has lasted very well despite machine washing.I highly recommend the product not only for a short term issue but also for prolonged usage.

ACTESSO customer service and products ..hmmm.
So, I purchased the black one (both right hand) in Dec 18 and I'm very happy with it.Today I received my new beige one - also XL Right Hand. It's way smaller and by a significant amount.I called the manufacturer and seller and they pointed out that they are aware of this and they have put the exact dimensions on the Amazon page for buyers to see ..... BUT IT'S AN EXTRA LARGE is my point! You choose "beige" or "Black" and which size ("XL") but yet you're still expected to scroll down the entire page and read every single word to see if a ridiculous policy has been put in place by the manufacturer to make Beige XL different to Black XL.The guy told me to send it back to them and they'll swap it for me - great! Until I pointed out that will cost me money. His repsonse was "well send it back to Amazon then" - and that folks is the customer service you can expect from ACTESSO.

Falls apart after 6 weeks
I bought this wrist support after I damaged the tendons in my wrist from too much crochet, and it does support the wrist well, is breathable and fairly comfortable. I have been wearing this for 8 weeks. The problem is, it hasn’t lasted long at all so I’m having to buy a new one (I’ve chosen a different brand). I hand washed the item carefully twice and after about 6 weeks the plastic holding the metal splint started cracking and breaking away, and more recently the filaments holding the fabric together across the metal bar are splitting and falling apart.Really disappointing because I need to continue to wear a wrist support while my tendons heal. Also I bought a size medium based on my measurements which turned out to be way too big, so this is my second one (a size small) which I have been wearing for the past 8 weeks.

Great support but .....
From what I could see, the support brace was indeed breathable and would probably be comfortable to wear all night which was the reason I bought it ... however - I measured my wrist correctly and bought the right size for that, as per the size guides on the product spec. Unfortunately, the product has straight sides so whilst it did fit me at the wrist, the material was lacking by the time I had it properly fastened on my arm - the Velcro was across my skin on the last strap, and touching on the middle straps. For that reason I sent the product back - and yes, it did cost me £3.99 to do so but there wasn't any point in keeping it as it would have just irritated my skin. I couldn't recommend this product unless you have skinny arms as even though the wrist measurement was correct, the fit of it wasn't so good. I gave the product 3 stars, which was a average of 0 for fit, and 5 for support/material.

They are very comfortable once you get used to them and a good ...
I've tried these wrist splints now for two full nights and have found my sleep pattern has improved as I don't get the pain in my wrists as I( was doing. Don't wear them during the day because this could leadf to weakening of the wrists. They are very comfortable once you get used to them and a good rub of both hands when I take them off gets my fingers working properly again. They don't completely stop all the pain but the tingling sensation is much reduced. I would recommend them to anyone who has Carpal Tunnel Syndrome or RSI but do read up before using them and do ensure you measure your wrists before purchasing because that makes all the difference. I like them and recommend them.

Relief from the very first use.
I tried this support to relieve the pain and numbness i have been experiencing at night due to carpal tunnel syndrome. I periodically have steroid injections in my wrists to alleviate this, but notice the length of time that they are effective is getting less. I couldn't see how this Actesso support could make a difference, but have reached the point where anything is worth a try. From the very first night I couldn't believe the improvement to my night's rest! From waking every half hour or so and hanging my arm over the side of the bed to get rid of the numbness in my hand, I am sleeping through the night, and waking with full sensitivity in my hand, rather than it being swollen and numb. The support is comfortable, but obviously rather strange, and you know you have it on, but it's not sweaty and should feel more natural in time. I would recommend anyone with a similar problem to give this a try, but heed the advice and go for a bigger size than you think you need by simply taking your wrist measurement.
