Dear customer, the MX Anywhere 3 comes with the Unifying USB receiver which is not available with the Mac variant. Also the USB-C to USB-A Cable while the Mac version comes with the USB-C to USB-C cable. Also the MX Anywhere 3 has 3 color variants vs the MX Anywhere 3 for Mac.
