It appears to be relatively well built. I have since used the product 3 times and t has worked every single time so far and have saved me the headache of calling for a jump start.The carry case is just a drawstring bag, so nothing to write home about. It charges relatively quick and uses about 25% of the battery per use so far. I would recommend charging it back to full after every use or periodically topping it off to ensure it has enough juice. I only have 1 car so it's not a huge problem for me, but for folks with multiple cars, they may want to get a unit with a bigger battery capacity.

Several times in a matter of a few months my battery on my Toyota Tundra was dead leaving me stranded in the desert. When I was considering a car battery jumper that would work for my Toyota Tundra and my wife's Honda CRV, I wanted a jumper that would not fail. My friend had a different brand I had to use to jump my truck but after some research I decided to try this unit. I purchased my first one in Jan. 2025 and tried it out on my totally dead battery on my Tundra. It immediately started my truck so I drained the battery again and it jumped my truck the second time. I was sold. So I purchased my second one in Feb. 2025 for my wife's car. To ensure the battery pack's are fully charged, I confirm the charge every 90 days. I am very impressed. Peace of mind is priceless. I will tell you their customer service is excellent and very responsive. I would recommend this car starter to anyone.

It's a good little jump box. It's portable , has a flashlight and USB ports. I've only used it to jump my riding lawn mower.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because once the battery drops below 75%, it won't start the mower anymore until I charge it back up to 100%. I wish I could get some more power from it when the battery starts to drain.It works fine, I just have to keep it charged all the time, which might not be ideal if you're using this in a car or truck.

I love this jumper. It works perfectly. I’ve had to jump myself, and I also helped a lady at the store one day. It’s so easy to use. It holds a charge for a really long time. It says to charge every three months but if you haven’t jumped anything it’s usually still at 100%. It will use about 25% per jump. I’ve also started using it to charge my cell phone. There’s two ports on the front where you can plug your phone in. It also has a flashlight on it.I have AAA but why would I want to wait two hours when I can just jump my car battery myself? You can’t beat the price and I’m amazed that something that is slightly larger than a cell phone can jump a dead car battery with no problems. Get one! You’ll be glad you did.

I have a car that I never drive (really--I put 1 mile on it in the last 13 months) so the battery doesn't get charged. I ordered this jumper device yesterday and received it 3 hours later. Only $44, but it doesn't feel cheap--it's very heavy, solid, held together with screws. It was 75% charged when I got it; I charged to 100%, clamped it to the battery, and the engine fired right up. It was still at 100% after starting the car, and the documentation says it should stay charged for 3 months (we'll see). After one use, I couldn't be happier. So much easier than jumping it from another car, which I've been doing for four years. Why did I wait?
