We already have this crate in the Large size (Right in pic) and needed another for a smaller house member, as we were so pleased with original we opted for this again in Medium (pic Left - both shown with side entrance open.We were pleased to find they still made it (the other crate is 5 years old and still going strong). We chose this make as they are very sturdy and easy to assemble or store and have fully washable covers.They also come with a soft mattress which is also washable.We have taken them on holidays and they are a great pop up bed in any situation.They have 3 zipped openings (roof - front side long and side door) so are adaptable to many different areas. The zips are sturdy.My only fault I can find is that the doors aren’t that easy to roll and secure open with the Velcro but we just fold them on the roof and they seem to stay put.The dogs really love them and find them snuggly and safe and they are large enough to add extra bedding if needed.Would recommend to anyone looking for a portable kennel for comfort. Although clearly if your dog chews this would not be a good choice.

I bought this as an alternative to the human cot bed my disabled dachshund sleeps in. I needed a smaller alternative after moving house and after a lot of searching I found this. I bought an additional mattress, albeit the mattress provided is actually really cosy and put his usual blankets in and to my surprise, my boy slept like a puppy! It was really easy to put up and if he stays with a friend it collapses and fits easily in a small car. This has given me a lot of extra space in my bedroom and well worth the money. Thank you!

Great little retirement homes for my pups When they want to sleep or chill. Very sturdy, plenty of good access points, good value for money and easy to store when not in use. Love them!!

Easy to put up. Cosy fleece cushion. Mostly solid panels. We needed our as dark as possible due to shadows chasing dog. Just a little too large for the boot of a Qashqai. Had to put the seats down then prop up. No good for the dog and passengers.

Arrived a day early which was great. Easy to put together, crate is exactly as described and seems sturdy, but most importantly the dog likes it. I ordered the XL size for my labrador and it's the perfect size for him.

Bought this to use for car travel, sits nicely secured on back seat. My Pug settles down and doesn’t stress like he used to when he was just clipped in on the back seat so he now feels safer. Great buy as it folds down and lightweight to carry so ideal for holidays as it doubles up for his bed when we are away.

I bought this for our new car. I was worried our old metal crate would damage the car interior. This crate is sturdy and unlikely to damage your car. It was easy to assemble. It was slightly lower than our usual crate but I thought that would be ok as she always lies down when in the crate. She got in easily enough but couldn’t get out! She wants to stand at full height to jump out and it wasn’t possible and she got stuck at the doorway.Amazon return was very straightforward

We have a collie who hates the car traveling is or shoukd I say was a nightmare .. this crate is great and he looks so comfortable in it .. he settled in it almost immediately and off we went to the Isle of Wight …. His longest journey… it was great .. and after our holiday we packed it flat ready for his next adventure .. strong comfy easy to wipe down and although quite expensive it is great …also great stability ..

Die Box Größe 61cmx45cm hatte ich in grau bestellt weil schwarz leider nicht lieferbar war. Dann für mich die Positivüberraschung: sie wurde fälschlicherweise in schwarz geliefert. Ich habe mich gefreut, andere würden sich vielleicht ärgern. So ein "Versehen" scheint häufiger vorzukommen nach dem, was man hier in den Rezensionen liest.Nun zur Box selbst:Ich bin mega begeistert. Endlich eine Box, die allen Wünschen entspricht.Ich wollte eine Box für unseren Maltipoo Welpen, die zu Beginn nachts als Schlafplatz dienen soll bis der Kleine stubenrein ist und er dann im Haus ein Hundebett als Schlafplatz bekommt. Dazu sollte sie oben zu öffnen sein.Hauptsächlich soll sie jedoch zum Transport im Auto dienen (Einsatz im Kofferraum). Dazu sollte sie standfest, rutschfest und mit stabilem Metallrahmen sein. Außerdem sollte sie absolut rechteckig sein, also ohne irgendwelche Abrundungen, um bei Urlaubsreisen das Volumen im Kofferraum optimal nutzen zu können.Im Ferienhaus soll sie ebenfalls eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und einen Schlafplatz bieten.Dazu sollte die Box nicht an allen 4 Seiten durchsichtig sein, um den gemütlichen Höhleneffekt zu erhalten und bei Bedarf auch gegen Zugluft schützen zu können.Die 3 Seiten mit Mesh sind für die Luftzirkulation völlig ausreichend.Mit all diesen Anforderungen war es gar nicht einfach die richtige Box zu finden. Nach langer Recherche habe ich mich für diese Box entschieden und alle meine Anforderungen wurden voll erfüllt.Die Qualität ist sehr gut. Der Aufbau ist kinderleicht. Das Ganze macht einen sehr stabilen und zugleich wertigen Eindruck.Einzige Kritikpunkte:1.) Ich hätte mir an der Seite ohne Mesh-Fenster eine Tasche für Leine und Leckerli gewünscht.2.) Die Liegematte ist nicht sehr weich. Ich habe eine zusätzliche weiche Matte von 2cm Höhe oben drauf gelegt. Jetzt ist es schön weich und nimmt trotzdem nicht zu viel Platz in der Höhe ein.Tipp zur Größenwahl:Zuerst den Hund messen. Bei Welpen die Maße der Elterntiere erfragen oder mit Hilfe von Rasseprofilen im Internet die Maße abschätzen und dann diese Maße verwenden, damit man nicht ein paar Monate später eine neue Box braucht.Die lange Seite der Box sollte in etwas dem Abstand zwischen Nasenspitze und Schwanzansatz entsprechen. Die Höhe sollte so gewählt werden,dass der Hund aufrecht drin stehen kann. Eine zu kleine Box ist unbequem auf langen Fahrten. Eine zu große Box hat allerdings auch Nachteile. Sie kann gefährlich werden im Falle eines Unfalls. Denn dann wird der Hund sehr weit in ihr herumgeschleudert. Also am Besten wirklich passend kaufen! So lange der Welpe seine Endgröße noch nicht erreicht hat und ihm die Box eigentlich noch zu groß ist, ein altes Duschtuch falten und hinten an die Rückwand in die Box legen.
