What is the real size of the backpack? I am asking because it says 17'' backpack and in the description it says: 16.53 x 11.41 x 7.87.

It's difficult to measure exactly. This exact backpack was sold under a different name and had measurements 1/2 to 1 inch different. It was exactly the same backpack.

Does this have a cheat strap?
