Not sure this really worked at all. I ordered because my regular company, forefront health, was having shipping problems. So many things had gotten better for me with the forefront dessicated thyroid. I was able to get this quickly so I figured I would try it. In one day with no thyroid meds and 4 days on this, a lot of my symptoms already started to come back. Got the other beand last Saturday and thibgs have started to turn around. Maybe thibgs would have gotten even worse without this, but can't speak to that.

I will continue to try different ones too I like the granule effect it works very well

I like taking this product but until my next bloodwork I can't say how good the product is.
