Great product
Sewing machine is awesome

Solid well built machine
My old Brother machine was stolen in a burglary and I went without for a few months scouring marketplace, C-list, pawn shops etc. I kept eyeing the new ones but just couldn't swing it. I was about to buy a $80 Chinese one when this popped up. It is a step or 2 down from my last one, but still has a ton of features and the solid build quality of a Brother. I had a pair of jeans I that sat for almost 3 months waiting to be sewn together. Well, those are finished along with another pair. Best part is the new machine has most of the same decorative stitches my old one had, so I was able to keep it the same.

Received a broken machine.
Update: Refund was given several days later. The stitching was off, had a professional look at it and it was not a simple fix, I haven't been able to contact seller, for ANY additional information, the machine has been returned and notified of delivery and I still haven't received my refund, I also had to pay to ship it back. Very disappointed.
