Male 55yo here, I've suffered from digestion problems and bloating for nearly 3 decades and nothing worked. Absolutely nothing worked. After running across an ad for Bioma, I thought here's "another" probiotic, big deal. Well, after checking it out, I could see this was a bit different so I decided what the heck and ordered a bottle. After about 10 days, I really started noticing a difference. My constant bloating and fatigue was gone, even after eating a big meal, and my pants seemed a little looser. The scale shows I'm down only about 4 lbs, but my waist seems smaller, maybe an inch or so. I'm sleeping better and seem to have better energy throughout the day. It's a pricier than other supplments, but this one actually works. I just ordered the 3 pack as I don't want to be without this going forward. It's truly been lifechanging for me. Hope this helps!

Two bottles in and for me only two things have happened. My appetite was curbed but I am constipated. I regularly drink 60-80 ounces of water a day. No weight loss for me. I was really hopeful and wanted this to work but it didn’t. Beautiful packaging and great ads but product did not deliver.

Product did not live up to its recommendations or expectations! Didn’t help with weight loss or health problems!!

Not sure yet. My gut feels better but it has done nothing for cravings or weight loss. In fact I have gained a couple pounds. Will continue for awhile to see how it goes.

Let me start by saying that I am not being paid for this review.I started this product a month ago and I have lost 12 pounds. I take 2 pills in the morning with a full glass of water. It has a great appetite control. Does not make you feel jittery. No crash at the end of the day. I just ordered my 2nd bottle today. I highly recommend this product. It is definitely worth the price.

So I originally bought the product a month ago and after one so the first day worked great wasn’t hungry by any means so the first week that’s how it worked. I didn’t get any hunger. I barely ate. I lost a few inches I thought, but it could be because I was bloated. I suffer from constipation. I actually lost 2 pounds. Then after the second week, I noticed I did the probiotic did work. it did help your stomach go that that’s amazing. It does not help you lose weight but it helps you gain weight in one month. I came back 6 pounds and I did keto and I still wasn’t losing weight like I should have. I was losing the inches yes but help you Gain weight if that makes any sense so I shrunk a little bit, but I also came back in the end of the period time 6 pounds so I canceled my order. I don’t want to gain the weight. I wanna lose the weight so strictly keto it is I am 54 female 5 foot two in menopause if that helps Anybody

Just 1 week in, so not as long as others with their reviews but I can say that it has definitely curb ny appetite, I don't eat as much during each meal and I am not as hungry either

I am on my third bottle of this probiotic. In the beginning, it curbed my appetite. I only lost five pounds in all this time. I will finish this bottle and not renew it. The product did not come close to all the hype the company advertised.
